Just a question, I tried to call this location to ask about passports and no one ever answered the phone. I had to drive all the way to the post office and there's one clerk helping people. Seems like every time I come to this location there's always one person doing everything. Is this normal practice? I would like to see more people working to at least answer the phones. Just a recommendation.
