On week of 12/5/22, I summited a stop mailing service for 3 months starting12/11/22 to 3/3/23. Later 12/9/22 (?), I received a call message that my request for three month was too long. You can only reserve for one month. Since I’m in oversea traveling, will it be possible to ask my niece Jeanne Chu representing me to make any necessary arrangements ? Her cell is (714) 272-5701. I got an email yesterday with the time on it, that a package from Macy’s had arrived. It was NOT in my box. We head a substitute mail carrier yesterday. I know because I spoke to our regular carrier today and discussed what happen. I ordered that package and it was to be a gift. I am 85 and my monies are limited, so I am upset about this. Carriers can do things like this and get away with it. No discipline. The government continues to pay them. That carrier left my neighbors package in MY box two days before that. Can’t he read? It isn’t fair that we the public have to just settle for what they do when this happens.

Can you tell me how to coordinate my mail for vacation hold and too also to coordinate delivery? I am not seeing anything on your site for this process.

I used the tracking app to see when my package would be delivered. Yesterday it said it would be delivered by 7:15 PM. Later that evening I got another text saying it was held at the post office at my request. I never made that request. You call the post office and they won’t answer the phone. I have had problems with mail delivery the last couple years as well. Items delivered to the wrong address. Receiving other peoples mail. Not acceptable

I received a notice saturday in Informed Delivery of a Certified Letter showing delivered but it never was. And I just got an email that a package was delivered to my mailbox today, but it is not there. I cannot get anyone on the phone .. I call - it rings and rings and hangs up. 2 weeks ago a neighbor brough me mail (after she had not checked her mail box for 3 weeks) and my medicare bill was in it. .. I have reported issues about our mail carrier over and over. This is critical mail I am missing, some related to an on-going lawsuit . that I am not receiving!

I made Moved in may processed a change of address and this is 7/2/21 I have yet to get even 1 forwarded piece of mail I also ordered something from Amazon and they came put a notice in my mailbox it was oversized and I could go get it. Well o am not physically able to get it and where is my mail? I live off of golden lantern. Also why won’t they answer their phone I have tried for weeks to call about my mail

I live in the Beacon Hill tract in Laguna Niguel. My mail is being delivered to my home at approximately 7:30PM which I think is unacceptable. I would like to know why the delivery is so late and what will be done to rectify this. Many residents don't necessarily take the mail out of their mailboxes that late in the evening which only encourages theft. Would someone please contact me. Thank you.

Today July 11, 2020 my adult son was in the front yard at 25004 La Plata Drive in Laguna NIguel, CA when your mailcarrier came into our yard to deliver mail. He saw our dog, who was teathered to a tree in the yard then looked at the dog then left without delivering the mail .My son said something to him and was ignored. Can you please discuss this with him and have him celiver the mail on Monday as soon as possible. Thank you

I have a mattress sitting in your post office since 6/17 I was away after that and I am physically unable to pick it up - I was promised 3 times it would be delivered to my home 1131 SALING WAY, LAGUNA BEACH 92651 - CAN YOU DO THIS?? Hello, we recently purchased a unit at Niguel Vista Zip 92677. We have not been able to open the post box with the key provided. How do we get the lock replaced? Our property manager told us to contact the post office. We would also like to set up a forwarding address for the mail. Please advise. Thank you
