I've called a total of four times over the past few months about faulty delivery. I live in a numbered building with eight units, each assigned a letter which is posted over the front doors. I can't get the person to even understand the problem which is the correct building, but the wrong unit!

A birthday card was on my USPS informed delivery email but never came. Oh well, lost card. The sender called saying there was 4 gift cards in the envelope amounting to $200. All other mail arrived so maybe it was stolen inside? suspicious. Beware.

We are supposed to receive our packages and received an email saying the package been returned to sender due to insufficient address? Spoke to the seller and confirmed that our address was right to the dot. Tried to communicate both in person office and also by phone and both are clueless about this. Very disappointed!

I live on Via Vista, in Gate 7, Laguna Woods. How do I find out the name of our mail carrier? I would like to give him a Christmas Card. We have a few different ones in the past but now it seems we have had the same one for a few months. He is awesome and does such a good job here. Thank You.

Packaged marked FRAGILE, and the postman throws it on my porch. What’s wrong with Laguna Hills post office?

On 9/11/2020, I had a package going out to a paramedic service in San Diego, It was one of their portable radios they use to contact hospitals, I had Fragile stamped all over the box, the carrier picked it up and without knowing I was watching him when he got to his truck he threw it into the back of the truck! It was packed well so I'm sure it didn't hurt anything but WOW! Can these guys read?

I've a package languishing in the Laguna hills Post Office after successfully making the journey from Foshan. The package arrived 23 July at 16:35. The Chinese Post Office shows the progress. USPS will not permit a lost package report nor will it show any indication of arrival (Are the Fed's slowing down the mail in anticipation of voting?) ES10009266078590001010001G0N Five days for 2 km?!? Really?

22921 Triton Way Suite 231 Laguna Hills CA 92653 Since the 10th I have been trying to get my postal delivery guy to get my package. I am betting he put the key to the sub box (bigger packages go in there) in someone else's box because today he told my landlord the key is in my box but its still not. I wrote a nice note today requesting he call me today when he arrived which he did not due. Since the 10th my package has been locked inside our group mailbox deal. I WANT MAY PACKAGE HAND DELIVERED TO ME TOMORROW. 949 466-1976

On Saturday July 11, 2020 my wife showed up at the Laguna Woods Post Office at 2:15pm and the door was already locked. The published hours reflect that the post office closed on 2:30pm. Please be advised the workers are not abiding by the published hours. Thanks!

I have called the local office & customer service about a package left in a lockbox which the key that was given doesn’t work. I asked that the package be taken out of the box & delivered to the front door. I was assured it would happen. It’s now been 3 days & still can’t get into the box to retrieve my package.

Idon't know who you are hiring but they are not very reliable. Here it is 7:34 at night and we still haven't received our mail in Laguna Hills, What kind of an operation are you running there. This is rediculous.
My sons fatheri in law is a retired postal worker and worked out in the snow, ice and rain in MN for years and he said this should not be happening. YOu have all the technology at your disposal and I can't get my mail. I put my bills and letters out in the box to be mailed for you to pick up and now it just sits there for anyone to come by and pickup. YOu really suck. WE had the best mail lady mail person we ever had until she retired and now we have bimbo's. We want our mail.

Nothing has changed since you wrote that, other than the mail delivery is WORSE in Laguna Hills here in 2019. Not kidding, half the time when they do show up they've delivered mail that is actually supposed to be delivered STREETS away
