This is for la Crescenta Post Office workers, specially the supervisor name Gloria. They don't know the rules and how to give service to the customer. I had a money order the original and the receipt and want the refund, but they do not give me, because there was written to pay to property management that my sister supposed to get an apartment for rent but unfortunately did not happened. So I have to cash it back. They did not give me the money because my name was not writen on money order. I offered them to show my bank statement that i purchase the money order, again they do not except it. I search about it that they do have a claim form for that and then will be investigated and after that I will get my money back, but the worker and the supervisor " Gloria" did not know about it. She said that she will offere to other customer in future if anything happened like this. She did not offere me to do the claim form. I don't know how she became a supervisor that she do not know how to serve. She do not deserve to be a supervisor. I hope this review do something and post office workers get more training and know how to serve customers.
