Date of service: On October 23, 2023 at 11:06 am Clerk: 61 Receipt # 840-59260047-7-9168069-1 UFN:053709-0250 Location: 15642 Sand Canyon Ave Irvine CA 92619 Clerk Monica (clerk 61) and Mont were mistreating me in front of others and humiliated me. Monica refused to serve me and told me to go to other post office. I was going to mail a package to Ukraine using Express International mail. She asked me where you send the package, I told her " To Ukraine", after she heard "Ukraine" she start giving me bad time, picking on me: "What are you mailing there? what kind of vitamins are you mailing, are they liquid?" , I filled out the forms there was no need to ask those questions, no one ever does. she could see what is there on form. I told her they are tablets vitamins from Costco, then she said I should specify weight of each item, but she never even gave me a grand total weight. I live in USA since 2005, nobody never treated me like that. I told her usually cashier just put down an estimate, nobody never talks to me like that, then she told me go away to other post office. I told her let me buy a stamps, Monica said I will not sell you stamps, go away. I asked her: WHY you cannot sell me a stamps? I will not leave without stamps, I asked her three times that I want to buy a stamps. I stayed in the line for long time so I decided at least get a stamps. I bought my stamps. But I have not mailed my box yet, I spent two hours 10-12 at post office. They literally were abusing me. All together: man name Mont and Monica. At fist, when I came to post office Mont was only clerk there and he told me he is going to eat lunch! Who eats Lunch at 10 am?!!! I was the only person at post office. He said, " Monica help her!". Mont and Monica were so mean to me, I felt it is because I am white and from Ukraine. If I would mail box to Mexico, or if I would be Mexican nothing like this would happen. It's absolutely unexpectable. It is not even a customer service; it is pure racism. I got Panick attack right there. I am still shaking, and I feel miserable. I stayed two long lines, because I was trying to get help from manager, I lifted heavy box back and force in front of other people, it was unbelievable humiliation. Why such a thing take place here in USA, in Irvine? Who had trained this people? Why they are hired if they hate people so much!!! I bought jeans and vitamins for my dad in Donbass, our house was bomb. I went to manager; I explained her what happened. Her name Margie, she said that I can put down an estimated weight, and she did that for me. Then clerk: 3 said that there is no express mail to ukraine, which I am still doubting about it. She offered a priority, I agreed to that. I felt they do not want to mail my box and making "issues". I had issues with clerk name Mont before. His customer service is not acceptable. He is not helpful, not friendly and when he talk, he points his fingers at you, like giving you command, moreover he always wear sunglasses inside of building, which is strange. Monica has swollen face like alcoholic. I think they need drug and alcohol test. He should not be serving public. I have to leave my work early and go to urgent care.

Expecting a package today. Says it was delivered in the mailbox, but is not there. Can't get ahold of anyone to find out where my delivery is. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Postman has multiple times parked right in front of my car pinning me in so I can't leave. I asked him if in the future he could park 5 feet over in front of the dumpster like the previous postman did, which would not pin me in, and he told me that he won't and that it's not a problem for me to have my car pinned in. I will call the cops to get the car towed next time. This has already happened multiple times.

The Sand Canyon mismanagement: They pat themselves on the back that their not delivering mail to the businesses on Saturday, because no one is here to collect the mail, but deliver the mail after the close of the business day when everyone has gone home. The post master refuses to address the issue and won't take calls or come out to speak to irate customers. The businesses here are missing checks, credit cards and packages daily. The mail boxes have been compromised for 2 weeks now and nothing is being done. Last night a Postal Inspector was here with the delivery person and decided to pick a fight with me. She had no business approaching me in the first place and when she didn't like my tone it escalated into a total scene. All she needed to do was get in her car and leave. Instead she so badly wanted the last word and didn't get one. She came up to my car and started tapping her claws on the window of my car to continue the argument. She probably should find another job that doesn't require dealing with irate customers. She definitely can't handle herself.

The post master at the Sand Canyon office is incompetent and refuses to come speak to customers when there's a problem. Our mail boxes have been compromised because someone has their master key to open the main panel to all the mail boxes and the mail keeps getting stolen. This was reported to them 2 weeks ago and the mail boxes still have not been rekeyed. I suspect this particular post master is culpable and selling the keys or is not doing due diligence when employees quit or get terminated and have not been retrieving the keys from ex-employees.

Yesterday I put an important mail in my mailbox to be picked up by a postman. I raised the red flag to get his/her attention. When I check my mailbox today, the outgoing letter is still there and the flag was put down. I may miss my payment and get an interest charge because the payment is late. Very frustrating that this happened.

Hello, I have a package which needs a signature but I missed your first attempt on March 13. I was able to request redelivery, I set it as March 15, it's been a week, and the deadline for it to be returned to the sender is March 28. I want to know when I can expect it to be delivered to me? The irvine post office and its carriers are garbage. They lie instead of making delivery attempts because they don't feel like dealing with large packages. THEY WERE PAID TO DELIVER IT NOT MAKE EXCUSES.

I caught the mailman threw my package from “Ring”. WTH! There’s a bench for a reason. He’s not my usual mail guy. Hope he doesn’t come back. Also, he was spitting unto the pavement after returning to his truck. SO disgusting!

Today, due to my health problem, I tried to schedule a UPS pick up for a package of 150 masks. I was on the phone for one hour and fifteen minutes just to provide my address and the address of the shipping and distribution of Tiek. After each question, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Finally, when I thought we were done, the UPS worker said “she has to check with her supervisor”. Then, she was gone. After listening to an annoying music, a second person came on line and started the same questions. He also, had difficulty with writing my address. I asked to be connected with a supervisor but again a long hold and then cut off. I was furious but couldn’t do anything. Any Idea how to ship my
