The lady is extremely rude, refused to mail an item, said it was a wrong envelope, I asked which was the right envelope she replied I don't know probably one of those over there in the boxes, you probably have to pay for it. Then complained about me putting my address for a return address rather than my p.o. box. The people that work there a short with you, and rude they need to retire.
