I have informed delivery and a PO Box and when I have a paycheck ( I have two different checks that go to my PO Box) every other piece of mail is In the box EXCEPT my paycheck! I see it on my Informed email for that day, go check the mail and not in there. And I ask and they say we’ll give it some time, but you scanned it at the facility!!! And every other piece is in there except my checks! Like what?! Both checks come out of hemet and my PO BOX is in hemet btw.

I have informed delivery and, as of right now, I have 4 days worth of first class mail that has NOT been delivered! Over the last 2 months my mail has been put in someone else's mailbox or just not delivered AT ALL! I also do not need a snippy mail carrier telling me that they always deliver everything! If that's so, WHERE IS MY MAIL! You "informed" me it was coming...WHERE IS IT??????

Second time this year I used a "Hold" while on vacation....and second time this year my mail has not been delivered after arriving home. I arrived home early and updated my hold to an end date of 9/4 - with accumulated mail to be delivered after that. It is now Sat 9/11 and I have still not received my mail! With my ballot needed! Totally Unacceptable! For an entire week I have not been able to leave my home for fear it would come while I was gone. My mother, a retired Post Master is shamed.

My husband and I put in an Address change in April and now I am being told I have to do a change of address on the computer. I do not have a working computer. I have tried to call the Hemet post office and keep getting a busy signal then a hang up. Tired!!

Yesterday, May 10th, I received my DMV renewal notice that was due March 28th. Today, May 11th, I received a DMV notice of delinquent renewal. This late delivery cost me $94! Three months prior I had two credit card statements returned stating I no longer lived at this address (the address was correct.) My credit card was canceled. In January I had three tax statements returned to sender stating I no longer lived at this address, again the address was correct. They at least called me and asked if I had moved. Is something going on? I have never had this many issues as I have had over the last six months or so.

On 4-26-21 the mailman put my neighbors mail in my my inbox and didn't received mines,hope he didnt lost my mail,I was waiting for something important I checked it on my informed delivery never received my mail it's been happening frequently..please talk to mailman

This is a complaint. Our previous mail carrier - his name was Bob. Was courteous and always on time with our mail. The current female courrier, is far less than what Bob ever was. Just today - April 22, 2021 at 1512 hours, I called out to her to give (hand delivered) her my "outgoing mail". She simply ignored me and drove off as fast as she could. I live in the El Grande Estates; a Senior Community of retired/semi retired seniors. Our mailboxes have been vandalised and our mail has been stolen and documents(checks to businesses) have been forged. Many Hemet Police reports have been filed, to no avail. Her delivery times are extremely erratic and unpredictable, as we try to time and look out for her, to avoid putting outgoing mail in our home mailboxes. Hemet PO Boxes are extremely expensive for us Seniors (many on a limited budget and small pensions), we just can't afford the monthly charge. This suggestion is from many of us - more consistent delivery times and courtesy of the mail person. Yes, I would appreciate a response at your earliest convenience. As a retired Security Executive (both Marriott Corp and Hilton Corp), Safety and Loss Prevention to include Hospitality were my specialties for over 30+ years. Thank you for this opportunity to submit my issues.

A package from a foreign country was supposed to be delivered on Friday 4/9. Instead an attempt to deliver was left in my box. I was home all day and no one knocked or honked. Today, 4/10 I was waiting for ghee redelivery. Drove by me and homeless he was leaving. Waived my arms at him. Got ignored. Drove out of the cul de sac without looking back

This post office stinks I keep getting other people's mail & when I try to return it with NOT AT THIS ADDRESS on it they put it back in my mail box, I tried to call them but can't get a person on the line. I can't just throw the mail away that's illegal, so now what do I do

Our mail service is Awful 9 times out of 10 we have extremely late mail between 7 and 9pm at night that's if he shows up to deliver the days mail at all. Today they didn't deliver the mail at all and for some reason the mailman uses the excuse the street has no access lol which is a joke cause the street is empty .. it's actually starting to piss me off there is no reason to no deliver my mail what happened to the lady mail carrier she came early and never missed a day it's unthinkable that it's gotten this bad. The election is over junk mail Is down .. where is my mail ?

I just want to know if there's three packages on hold for me in the postal office and how much do I need to paid.

Hemet USPS carrier for our route must be taking a 3 hour lunch because he use to deliver our mail around 3pm. Now he delivers it (if at all) around 8:30pm. If you have a package, forget getting it they will send you an email saying they couldn’t deliver it.( code for , I don’t feel like delivering your mail today.) The Postmaster is back at his desk sleeping or stuffing his face. He won’t help you, and the people at the counter, well they are USPS employees.Good luck with getting any help from them. They are just programmed to sell stamps and stamp packages. The solution don’t use the post office for anything but junk mail that way when they don’t deliver it you won’t miss it. Government employees, they got the job because they don’t have to provide a service , they just have to show up for work. Good luck residents of Hemet ! I’m starting a pony express delivery route. It might take longer but you will at least get it and it will be reliable.

I literally saw nothing go in my mailbox when the usps person came to deliver mail. Then I got a notification saying delivered. You mailman is stealing my packages and this is the 2nd time. Tomorrow I going to meet him at the box. thieves. I want my hundred dollars for my order. Hemet usps IS THE WORSE

We have the mail app to let us know what is coming in the mail for the day and 1/2 the time we don’t get our mail . My moms Id was supposed to be in 3 days ago and we still haven’t received it . The mail men & Woman need to also put the right peoples mail in our box not someone else’s name that is on the envelope and have our address. There’s a reason the people who live in the house at that address is on a piece of paper taped down to the inside of the mailbox for a reason . I’m tired of receiving other people’s mail

Have recently noted mail not being delivered. My wife noted that we had NOT received our monthly credit card statement from Master card. Upon calling them this AM, they noted statement had been sent on 8/21 and due in three (3) days. This is unacceptable. Please assure that ALL future mail is delivered properly and promptly.

Terrible customer service no one ever answers the phone. I wonder what they're doing in there since they're not doing there jobs.

By far the worse post office in the world hemet location . The employees there are all worn out and angry . Especially the counter helpers. Every time I go in for my mail they give me attitude I talk to post master about it Nothing never getS done. I am a victim of mail theft is not my choice to pick up my mail in the post office I have to . And every single time I get attitudes from the reps there is pathetic .

Im not gonna rant or anything, i am just concerned why my mail didn't come yet?? I got an email two weeks ago, and it said it will be coming in two weeks?? Its been two weeks and I received nothing. I am also concerned on why my neighbors accidentally have my mail when they checked ..

Over the past 2 years, our postperson has left the entire bank of mailboxes open for anyone to take any mail or package in the bank of boxes. This is on Sorksbill ave at Silver Dust Trl, 92545. Are they on drugs/acohol or is there medical problem? Please give us the service we are paying for.

Today I filed a complaint(File an Online Complaint), iNSPECTOR GENERAL because the postman refused to give me my correspondence alleging that my box mail was blocked for some car. He told me" move the car" the car doesn't belong to me and in my street, none signal prohibits to park the car on the Street. Or the postman doesn't want to work correctly or the post office is violating the federal laws or the association is violating it or the city. I would like to know what will happen in the future if the post office put attention to all these irregularities.

Is May 30th a no mail delivery day? I have not seen a mail truck on my street all day. I had mail that needed a postmark today. Oh well, this seems to be happening about once a week.

Why is it these post people don't take their time this he second time my mail wasn't delivered to my address I call the sender they said it was sent so this meaning that it was put in the wrong box so which means that my family has to suffer because the post person is doing their job go figure1!!!!!!!!
