I ordered a roll of 55 cent stamps on November 17, 2021 for my Christmas cards and have never received them. How is it possible to have such poor service. Not everything can be blamed on the covid virus. How about just poor quality customer service? Don’t know why I go thru the trouble to put my mail on vacation hold, nobody pays attention to my request. I’ve seen the carriers deliver my mail both Tuesday (6/1) and Wed (6/2). Tried calling the office and nobody answers the phone. Nice going ..... so discouraged with this office not following thru. 🙁

How often is mail suppose to be delivered?! Looks like it’s only delivered 3 times a week where I live. I’ve also had the mail carrier throw everyone’s (4 different units) mail on my front porch, thus forcing me to deliver everyone’s mail.. Also had experienced getting mail shoved down the mail slot attached to my home (should not be used it was glued shut it was pried opened)

A letter mailed from Pleasanton on March 4 to the Hayward Social Security office arrived at the Hayward Post Office March 12 and was not delivered to the Social Security office but instead is reported as "available for pickup". As of March 16 it still has not been delivered according to USPS Tracking. Not my idea of "reliable service".

What happens when you pick your mail and one of them are open? Someone told me that it’s against the law when you open up someone else mail.

Your hours dont reflect what's posted online. Correct this issue. Also, why dosen't the public have a mail box outside. This would help when your doors are locked. Today I had to leave this Bradford station because of no access to a mailbox. So I left drove up C st.; then left on Main St. And B St. to a rare mailbox to finally mail a few things. C'mon make things easier, especially when people are elderly or handicap. I had a stroke last year, it's harder to get around these days. Called for 2 days straight. No answer. Rang many times then it goes to 'busy' signal. I have no way of getting there. I tracked a package and according to their status, it was delivered yesterday to 'person'. It was not. Ordered gift for grandson and did not receive it. UPS, FED EX, or DHL my friends. Do not use USPS. Now I know why they are in dire straits.

Called for one hour and the call went unanswered except for one pick up and hang up as not to deal with the calling. A package was delivered to the "Business Door - Porch" at my business and a staff person was in the office.

I would like to say this is the worst post office ever. They never answer the phone,the customer service is not very friendly at all. They never smile! They look like they are so unhappy to be there.
