This P.O. is a nightmare. Where is our mail? Where are our packages? Mary, quit talking and get to work. Please we just want our stuff.

Homeless man was hanging out in lobby this evening-same individual engaged by three Sheriffs car the other evening just north of the county line bridge. The gentleman was observed removing a package from one of the lockers. Tried to leave a message at the listed number but no recording device or message. Not a safe situation for several reasons

Someone or something needs to be addressed about the Gualala post office. I wish I knew what to do as a private citizen. I fear for Rick. He seems to be carrying the weight working at the counter for hours at a time. I may be wrong but I never see “Postmaster Roger Nell” whom I’ve only spoken with on the phone when he was flippant, rude and dismissive. I never have seen him working at the counter, or frankly any work at all. I want to do or say something but the lines are out the door every time I am there. Today I finally brought my tripod chair. I have a bad knee. Someone is screwing off. This is not the pandemic causing this. That’s not what is happening here. If someone’s health is affected it’s on USPS because you ignored this and your employees suffered because of your blind eyes.

The Gualala Post Office needs to repaint the stripes in the parking lot. Cars are going in two different directions. There is going to be an accident.

Today I was yelled at by Rick, because my packages have been there for too long. They know I was in an accident, totaled my car, and have been grocery shopping online (as I cannot get to the store, let alone, the post office). Rick said that they get in trouble when packages sit too long, and that he's going to start sending mine back if they aren't promptly picked up. He then said that their hours are 9-4. I work 8-5. He said that if I can come in before 9, they could get my packages.... again, I work at 8. It was really embarrassing having him yell at me, and I will not be ordering any more packages. It was really upsetting. I have always been a supporter of the Postal Service, and I did not deserve to be treated this way.

Maybe if they delivered mail, like most cities and towns there would not be a pick up issue. Rick runs hot and cold, must have been his period, or he's just a jerk.
