The same mailman (Asian Ethnicity) who delivers mails to the wrong addresses on this Saturday 09/02/2023. This mailman ;90% of the time; NOT only does NOT pick up the mail BUT also INCORRECTLY delivers the WRONG addressed mails. The several complaints have been filed every quarter interval. Suggested that a correction action should be made ASAP. The following addresses are the victims of this mailman's unprofessional performance: 10731/10721/107314/10728 ... Peony Circle, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. The entire neighborhood.........

My mail was stolen from the mailbox across the street from the post office yesterday 7/13/22. I was notified by my bank that someone had tried to cash a whitewashed check.

I was in the Fountain Valley Post office this morning around 10:30. May 9th. I was talking to a teller regarding a change of address. As I was talking to the clerk, a postal employee came up next to me, about a less then a foot away from me. She started cleaning the debit card cleaner. After I conducted my business I asked her why she wasn't wearing a mask. she said "Because I don't have to! " She then proceeded to tell me... "That if you don't like it, then don't come in"! I couldn't believe that an employee would say that. I talked to an employee to get her name & they told me her name is Mousey & she is the supervisor at that branch. I've had a po box there for over 20 years! Rod

I called to schedule a re-delivery of a package and was treated really rudely by a lady named Mindy. She smirked at me when I asked a question and made it sounded like my question was really stupid. I would not go to this post office again if I can help it.

Have been trying to reach the FV post office this morning since 0830 to tell them again(told them 2 days ago) that the flap door on the blue collection box at the corner of Los Jardines & Slater will not open. Have seen many people try to use the box only to get frustrated and leave. Don't know if a letter of some sort is blocking the door or just what the problem is, but it has now been 2 days and that should be long enough to correct a local problem!
