Mail for 3359 Patterson Way delivered to 3459 Patterson Way on several occasions. Please correct. This last time it was packages of needed medicine! Thanks for attending to this matter.

Our mail was not delivered as scheduled today. Unfortunately this has become the norm. It was on vacation hold to be delivered on 25 may. Please deliver Saturday. There is time sensitive mail. Please deliver as promised in the future.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. I have been calling (916) 939-0168 throughout the day and it just rings. Did they all go home??

During the holiday season, we are told to watch for packages and be vigilant about collecting our mail daily. I would like to thank the El Dorado Hills postman that keeps leaving my packages at the end of my driveway, basically on the street. I mean just put a sign that says, here take this one because I'm too lazy to get out of my truck and walk up to the customer's door. Very, very poor service!

I was expecting a package. The tracking page said a notice was left, no notice found. The package could have been left so why was not left?
