The outgoing mailbox at the end of our street, Watsonia Glen and Tea Rose, is not locked. It can easily be accessed on the street side and outgoing mail taken. Please fix.

confirmation # CAH365004612 End date was 11/15/19 Carrier delivers accumulated mail. Should have been delivered on Saturday 11/16. Nothing was delivered. Monday 11/18 tried calling Post Office to see if our mail was out for delivery 3 times - No one answers the phone. We expected delivery of our prescriptions and tickets for an event on 11/16. Do we drive to the PO only to find it out for delivery - or wait another day? This is not the first time the El Dorado Hills Post Office has failed to deliver at the end of mail hold Very Bad service and communication. Can they just answer the phone???????

I have been trying to contact the post office due to the fact that we put in a temporary change of mail address for May 3, 2019 and it is now June 12, and we are only receiving bits and pieces of our mail. I have called soooooo many time and tried to speak to a human on the phone. After waiting for 5 minutes, the line goes to a busy signal. 'This is very frustrating, how do I speak to someone????

Our mail was not delivered as scheduled today. Unfortunately this has become the norm. It was on vacation hold to be delivered on 25 may. Please deliver Saturday. There is time sensitive mail. Please deliver as promised in the future.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. I have been calling (916) 939-0168 throughout the day and it just rings. Did they all go home??

During the holiday season, we are told to watch for packages and be vigilant about collecting our mail daily. I would like to thank the El Dorado Hills postman that keeps leaving my packages at the end of my driveway, basically on the street. I mean just put a sign that says, here take this one because I'm too lazy to get out of my truck and walk up to the customer's door. Very, very poor service!

I was expecting a package. The tracking page said a notice was left, no notice found. The package could have been left so why was not left?
