Completely agree with below. Why even list a phone number. No one picks up, even during business hours. I've even tried random extensions. I wish people wouldn't ship things with USPS - worst package delivery!

Along with the other reviews on here, it is frustrating that they don't pick up their phone. I have tried multiple times to make the required appointment over the phone to apply for a passport, but now answer. If an appointment is required and needs to be made over the phone, then they need a better system or someone who will actually pick up the phone.

how do I check an address that is ok? I tried to call the downey PO but no answere I have a cousin in downey but she has never met me so I don't have her number, I sent a new years card but never got an answere if she wasent there or moved or died Im guessing it would have come back but nothing, disappointed.
