Dixon Post office DID NOT attempt to make another delivery to my mother, tried to call them and no answer, this post office sucks ass

have not received any for 2 weeks- why and where has it ended up. I am not getting my bills and my good credit is being ruined, I receive too many catalogs which I have never ordered. how can I stop all the catalogs. I assume my name and address has been sold without my permission. is there a form to fill out to stop all these, or where can I ask for help to stop yhis
