Cotati post office is the worst annex post office I have ever used. I have been using USPS for 13 years to ship my business retail, and after over $50,000.00 spent on business postage through the years, i have never been harassed with so much returned mail, only to take it to the next post office and have the package or letter scanned hassle free with none of the unecessary and pre-paid labels being changed. They have refused over 30 packages because they don’t take the time to scan the bar code or enter the tracking manually, a reflection of poor service! It has been an absolute nightmare to use them for anything. Do not take any pre-paid packages here unless you plan on dealing with the nightmare staff behind the counters.
