The Costa Mesa post office postmaster is a disgrace. He should be removed from his position. He violently put his hands on someone he disagreed with. He doesn't even know the rules for his own facility.Shame! Shame!

Shameful display of an employee assaulting a person with a camera, making up lies about him, and acting like a child. The man needs to be fired. Recording is LEGAL and protected. The man with the camera tried to show him the memo and the employee refused to read the memo, crumpled the paper and threw it at the camerman. The employee acted like a six year old and needs to be removed from his position. He has no business in public service.

Worst customer service ever!!! Employees at the counter are embarrassing and should be ashamed of themselves! They are man-childs who are rude, impatient, and unhelpful! No class, no manners, no self-respect.

The Costa Mesa Post Office employees are intentionally rude, from office staff to mail deliverers. Every single encounter I have had with all Costa Mesa Post Office employees is inefficient, disrespectful and habitually delayed. Please remedy this issue with customer service training immediately, or I will file organize the community to file group complaints against your terrible staff

I’d like to make a formal complaint. I live in an apartment complex in Costa Mesa. It is Newport Village and our mailman here is careless. He places everything in the wrong mailbox and I’ve had countless, countless, items gone missing through his countless careless work. Birthday cards, gifts, items ordered online, important documents. He shoved my degree in the mailbox even when it said “do not bend”- he crumpled it. I have proof my mail was placed in the wrong box and many neighbors face the same issue. Please correct the mailman who services our complex. It’s very devastating to have your items misplaced on a continual basis.

I waited all day for my pacakage. I saw him pull into my complex and waited for the knock on my door for my package after about 30 min. I check my track number and it says not deliverable due to their not being a secured location. He didn’t even knock on my door he left a note on my mail box the package does not fit in the mail box. Now I have to pick it up on Monday when it was needed for tomorrow. Thanks USPS
