Please teach your people how to deliver Mail. It’s an ongoing problem. Mail in wrong boxes.

Please ask your delivery people not to use our driveways to turn around. My house is on raccoon hollow loop, Copperopolis. Thanks

The postmaster at the Copperopolis facility is the most incompetent, rude and disrespectful person I have ever dealt with! On multiple occasions she has sat back and watched me struggle with carrying my packages while trying to open the door. I even asked for assistance once and she said that she could not help. I have tried to pickup packages on Saturday and if she hasn't got around to doing to her job and placing a pickup slip in my PO box then she says that she cant look and see if I have a package for pickup; even if I know the package has been deliver to the facility. today was teh topper when she refused to get my package. For whatever reason she changed the allowable time frame to pickup packages. I arrived 4 minutes after her new pickup time and she refused to get my package even after I told her is was my anniversary and the package was an anniversary gift. Another customer next to me jumped in and asked what the issue was since (A) the pickup time just changed, and (B) it was only 4 minutes past the next time. The postmaster became extremely frustrated and disrespectful telling me that it wasn't her problem. The is outrageous! I have heard multiple other customers complain about similar issues so I have had it. I am making everyone in our small town aware of the pure ignorance and disrespect at this facility. BEWARE of the postmaster! All other USPS staff have been extremely understanding and sympathetic but they say that they cannot argue with the postmaster in fear of retaliation.
