I live near Cedarwood Elementary school, Clovis, CA 93611. Yesterday USPS installed replaced the mailboxes for me and my neighbors, no advanced advanced notification, our mailbox keys do not work in the new boxes. no replacement keys, no notification about what is going on. Now I cannot figure out who to contact.

Who ever was driving Postal Truck 9201239 on 1-12-15 in the Holland, Joshua, Holly area was never off her phone for 45 minutes while delivering mail and while driving. First it is illegal to drive with a cell phone talking pinned between your ear and shoulder. Second for what we pay, I would appreciate that they actually pay attention to their work.

I would like someone to answer the phone- to prevent a wasted trip like the 3 that have already occurred!
