I live on Trimble Lane, and we have a group mailbox with compartment for 16 houses and two boxes for packages. recently somebody broke one the keys to package box 2. I personally brought this to the attention of the supervisor at the Cloverdale post office several weeks ago and have not been able to get any commitment as to when the key will be replaced, or the lock changed. I offered to have our HOA pay for the repair and she stated that it was a post office responsibility to fix this box. This is becoming very frustrating and if I do not get some type of resolution, I am getting ready to contact our congressman for HELP. How does this issue get resolved?

Just called the Cloverdale post office where a rude woman answers and says "you'll have to hold" and drops the phone...22 minutes later I'm still holding and listening to her chit chat with the other clerk.

Tuesday June 18th 2014. Post office was slammed with two people in line.. the grumpy lady told us that she didnt have the appropriate tape to tape our return label on. We went and bought tape, and taped it on and brought it back. She then tells us that we used the wrong box, and she couldn't send it. Terrible service on a slow afternoon. Good thing there is a UPS store close by, what a joke. No wonder the post office is going broke.

Cloversdale Postal Office... I've been tracking a birthday present for delivery. Last night my parents watched the postal woman deliver the mail and leave. Guess what ! She also left a notice that she attempted to deliver the priority package... The lazy postal worker didn't even walk to the door with the small box !!!! It's nice having a tracking number on anything you mail, so you can hold people accountable with facts and details.
