This is the worst office ever. They never answer the phone and when they answer it they're rude and unhelpful. They have the most ignorant employees who knows nothing about work ethics. I once requested hold mail but they didn't honor my request. When I returned from my vacation, I found mail piled up in my mailbox.

The worst... The mail lady opened my gate with my dog in the yard.. she didn't get hurt but now she won't deliver my mail even though she carries it in her truck. She won't even give it to us if we meet her outside our gate. So now I have to jump through hoops and put a mailbox OUTSIDE my gate where it will likely get stolen or PAY for P.O. box... Absolutely RIDICULOUS... Just sucks that they are a government organization.
