the 1-800 customer phone service sucks! Please wait twenty five to thirty minutes, Ridicules! My concern is with the substitute carrier in my neighborhood. Lately I've received many pieces of mail belonging on the next block. I put it back into the mailbox and its gone the next day. Now, the neighbor from the next block comes to my home personally and hands me a check from the mortgage Co. that owns my house. It was a kickback check from them to me. $937.00 Just how does a person not get that right? I'm so fortunate to have an honest neighbor. He claims it happens to him at least once a week. Our street address may be the same, but our names are completely different. I wonder where the rest of my mail is going? Not to mention I recently signed up for the on line mail service. where I get notified what might be arriving in the days mail. Now I know, somebody else is getting my mail. Just like I'm receiving there's. The U.S.P.S. has certainly fallen off a long way since I've lived here. (25 yrs.) I don't expect any reply nor do I expect answers. Just thanks for letting me vent.
On Oceanside drive in chino, there's a postal worker who always goes into a house at 10:30. I have to wait for my mail for 30 minutes just because he decides to take a 30 minute break and spend time with his family or something. Sometimes there's a baby in the parked postal truck honking away, and it's very annoying.
What has happened to the postal service, I don't get my mail for days and just recently my payroll was not delivered at all, when I went into to complain in person, because the phone call I made, said it was up to 1 hour wait. The supervisor told me to file some paper work on trying to track the payroll that was lost. How about you filing it for the customer.
As a business owner I pay so much in taxes to our government and the services are getting worse.
Did not receive my Painting World June 2017 magazine in May like I was supposed to. Contacted them - said it was mailed in May; will send another issue out on June 7. Still have not received it. They are sending out a third copy with tracking and insurance to be sure I get it. Got it on June 26. They told me to contact you - which I doubt you much care about, but anyway here it is.
It is Tuesday and ONCE AGAIN a postal worker doesn't deliver my bundle of weekly ads. I seem to now be on the route for lazy employees or maybe they are trainees. I miss my regular mailman, I don't know if he is coming back.
The postal worker in the Chino office closed the doors early. She turned away three people. When I showed her the time on the receipt from the kiosk (before 500) her manager sauntered over and flipped the door sign to close. Less hours worked for the same pay is technically a raise, right?

I am so disappointed that my postal woman will not get out of her vehicle to deliver the mail. She is always on her cell phone and due to inconsiderate neighbors who sometimes park in front of my mailbox, I don't get my mail. I thought delivering the mail was their main job and not getting off a cell phone to step out of a mail truck is ridiculous and lazy. Unhappy mail recipient on Dogwood Ave in Chino.
Your mail-person (at 91710 ZIP college park community) has a habit of regularly placing mail of other recipient in my mail box. Similarly I am not sure how many times my mail have been misplaced.
When I informed him/her I am told its not them some one who is new did it. This happens as a minimum once a month.
Completely agree with "AM". I also live in the college park community and SEVERAL times my mail has been delivered to the next block over and we've gotten their mail as well. We've even had checks delivered to us when they belonged to the neighbors on the next block over. It's happened many many times and it is extremely frustrating because there have even been packages delivered to their home instead of ours. Please have your mail carrier's check the address before placing mail in the box. So far we've been lucky enough to always have the neighbors give us our mail, but that may not always be the case and this is just what we know of. Who knows if other people have received important information that we should have received.

These people don't deserve government wages. They deserve below minimum wage to be frank.
Terrible post office. They don't answer their phone. I've called several times and finally got an answer. My package was shipped and arrived at this post office and took them a week to ship to another post office because the label from the seller was a little torn up and they set it aside and didn't bother calling anyone about it. I had 2 day priority shipping and it literally took almost 2 weeks because of this post office. And people are rude and don't want to help. When they screwed It up! Hope I never have to deal with this post office again.
