Today I received mail from a completely different street and address. Last week someone in my building got all my mail. I live at 22038 Vanowen St. Today I got mail that was for someone on Glade st.
We have had this problem in the past. Hopefully we can get this straightened out.
We continue to have consistent problems with mail delivery, as a key is required and Subs' do not remember on this route as it is the only locked box in the area. We again had our mail left on the porch. Several times in the rain our mail got wet. We need either a regular carrier or removal of this infernal box. Our mail carrier did not bother notifying us today that one letter was delivered open and just left it in our mail box. We live in a secluded gated community there are no sidewalks here and people are not just passing by and we pick up the mail moments after its delivered. It so happen that this was a Birthday Card with 2 gift cards that obviously were gone. So somewhere from when my Sister in Law dropped the envelope in mail box while in transit here someone opened the envelope and took the cards out, Since the letter was in USPS "trusted" hands all the time I cant help thinking that this may been an "inside job" - I have no proof but lets face it, anywhere along the way someone could have checked felt or even scanned it opened the glue flap carefully slide the cards out and put it back in pile, should be pretty easy if you know way around the postal office, worse could be "team work"

P.S: No BD gift for me :(
