I have called this post office countless times at least 10 consecutive times and no one has answered the phone!! This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional!!! The phone just rings then someone hangs it up!!!

For the past several months our regular mail carrier has not been around. Instead every day it's someone different. Our mail arrives at various hours during the week. Some days it before noon, other days after 3pm, and other days it's at the dinner hour. Never the same mail carrier. Some carries don't like to walk and instead drive the mail cart from house to house! Please bring back our regular fellow.

Hello I have been out of the country for the past couple weeks and just returned a try to resolve this issue of a lost package and they are saying that it is at your post office in Burlingame I’ve tried to call four times and no one answers. The inbound tracking number is: UT80 3981 445C N The package is coming from China it was three packages of 10 pair of socks each package. The correct mailing address is below: Shawna Wachter 105 Edwards Village Blvd Unit 1458 Edwards, CO 81632 This was a Christmas gift I ordered December 9 and it was supposed to be delivered by January 17 to the 20th. I returned just recently February 25.
