I am a resident on Brook Drive in the Juanita Woods area. We have not had ANY mail service since Monday. I have been awaiting a package that has been at the post office since Monday night that has been "out for delivery" for 3 days! the extra postage I paid was for guaranteed delivery by no later than 12/1. They only guarantee delivery to the post office. I am pissed! This is my daughter's birthday present. YESTERDAY WAS HER B-DAY! Thanks for the NO SERVICE and NO PRESENT FOR HER B-DAY ! No mail at all for 3 fricking days! WTF!?!

I thought it might be helpfull if the post office could put the mail location info on their website so the people displaced by the fire could pick up their mail, looks like it could be a moving target... thank you...Jeff

The Short mid to late 20ish longer brown hair woman with glasses is the worst postal service worker ever. She seems to delight when she has a reason to not provide service or can take services away. She never has a constructive idea and resists all solutions to anything that will allow you to retrieve your mail effortlessly.
