Big Bear City P.O. Ruins the small town feel of this great city. Ron the postmaster is a very unreasonable man. I was expecting a fed ex pkg and Left my phone number with Matt to let me know when to come pick it up. Apparently Ron refused it but the wonderful Fed Ex guy delivered it directly to my home. There was nothing the post office had to do but call me and I was going to pick it up.

My phone company doesnt recognize my physical address as a valid address and doesn't ship to PO boxes so per the advice of one of the postal workers I had it sent to the Big Bear City Post Office address with my box number on it as a unit number and still my package seems to get refused this happen to me a year-and-a-half ago and I had to have a phone shipped to me again so I called Ron the post postmaster at the Bear City Post Office and requested that he not refused my package this time he stated that I would have to pay a shipping fee for him to not refuse it and put it in my PO box and that they wouldn't refuse it this time and amazingly he did refused it anyways and my phone is on its way back to the phone company and I just don't understand why I can't get my packages so thanks for the great advice and thank you for lying to me mister postmaster

I am very upset because every time I mail something in Big Bear City to my family in Las Vegas it either getd there 8 days after I send it or not at all. I have no problem when I mail things in Victorville.

the post office in Big Bear sucks!! Why would they take a package from UPS or FedEx when they know damn well they're going to send it back because they won't deliver to your house! I've lived here for 10 years now and it's always the same. If you don't get it when they have it in the post office they will send it back! This crap has gotta change.
