The clerk helped us retreive our package that had been lost for several days and never went to the home address. We really appreciated the friendly and prompt service when we had a problem and always enjoy coming here to ship holiday items. Thank you to the staff for such great service!

My package is lost here in Bell Gardens. WTF! It says it is in transit but has sat here for weeks. It made it from Germany to USA in 5 days and has sat here for 3 weeks -- if it has not been stolen by workers here. Why is this place not being investigated! Just friggin awful service.
My package is supposed to come today and it never came come on and i call the fed office they said it will deliver on Monday wth if it’s doesn’t come on Monday I’m gonna report this post office ðŸ˜¤ðŸ˜¤ðŸ˜¤
Add my voice to the numerous complaints about the Bell. Gardens post office. My package left Last Vegas two weeks ago for delivery to Long Beach. Like hundreds of other "victims" it now has now "disappeared" being listed as "in transit!" Why aren't the Fed's putting an end to what appears to be out right "theft" at this location?!
What is wrong with this place? My package, addressed to West Los Angeles, sat in Bell Gardens for nine days before they decided to send it to Las Vegas. WTF? How do postal workers ship a package to Las Vegas instead of putting it on a truck to drive a few miles to a pretty well-known city in their area?
This will be my second complaint!! The mail carrier refuse to drop off mail always skipping over my property. Located on Ludell St. I took it upon myself to confront her and ask her why was she not drop off mail She was extremely rude to me. Once I saw her attitude I refuse to tell her anything else I just said I would just call it in and it really just pissed her off even more she basically told me go ahead and make all the complaints you want of me does matter it up to me if you get your mail or not !!! So basically she was rude and I'm pretty sure I won"t be receiving any mail !!!
This is ridiculous! I called about a package that was on hold at this post office because the business was closed upon delivery. I called Bell Gardens for information for this package and I was put on hold for several minutes. I eventually hung up because it was very clear to me that the customer service representative had no intentions of assisting me. It has been 1.5 hours since my phone call and their phone is still busy. What a shame! If you hate your job…QUIT!
I have to add my experience to the growing list of people dissatisfied with the service from Bell Gardens USPS. I had received a delivery from an on-line seller on Nov 14, and refused delivery on Nov 15 (took the package back to local Post Office). It ended up in Bell Gardens on Nov 24, where it's been sitting. It's now Dec 18 and no movement. Thankfully my Credit Card (Citicard) has issued a credit so I don't have to pay for this mess. But I'm very frustrated and upset with USPS.
REALLY tough and time-consuming trying to track a priority package 3 days beyond its delivery date. The perishables inside DOA by now. Submitting a claim online does not allow for additional funds beyond the $50 automatic insurance of package. What about the Priority Mail fee, the ingredients to make the 60 delicious and delectable edibles, wrap each one individually; oh, and plus the time and trip to mail it. The post office where package was last scanned provides a recording letting you know there is no way you can speak with a live person. Delivering in person would certainly have been less costly! I'd rather write "orchid" letters than "onion" letters, but this onion needed to be written.
Beware: Customer Service via phone is non-existent at this location. After calling the above 562 806 1625 phone number for an hour to investigate a lost package, someone finally picked up but didn't say anything (as to alleviate the ringing phone on their end). This happened twice. Now, no one is picking up the phone at all. Why is our nation's mail system failing the citizens of this country?? It burns me to see a USPS commercial on television promoting their professionalism. They are most certainly not. Avoid this branch at all costs if you can!

I also lost a package at this post office and nobody would help me. The package has been sitting there for 11 days and I haven't received a refund or anything. I have gotten no answer when tried to call and the only person who has helped was the original shipper. It was sent through fedex smartpost, which makes no sense to me. I still am waiting on a refund for the original goods i never received.
I'm not sure why ARziona sent this parcel to Bell Gardens, CA vs going through the Phoenix, AZ sorting center, but the parcel is MIA and all I get is the stupid automated (somewhat rude audio) and I chose the post office over FedEx or UPS.. .. HUGE mistake!! won't ever use the post office to send parcels anymore! I felt bad for the post office losing so many jobs, and people not getting postal services like before. Well, this is probably not good news for them using the USPS anymore! The USPS doesn't have ANY reason to lose parcels, especially those we track!!
If my parcel doesn't show up, I will contact the media and go viral with this!! Steeling people's mail is WRONG
I sent a package June 2 from Yucca Valley, California. It supposedly arrived at Bell Gardens June 3. It then disappeared. It is now June 29. No one answers at Bell Gardens, and even the Post Office here cannot get through. There seems no recourse but to just give up. I will never use the USPS again for packages -- from now on, it's UPS all the way.
I had two books arrive at this P.O.
One on June 14th, one on the 17th.
I received the one from the 17th, on the 18th.
The one from the 14th was still there as of the 19th.
As of the 20th, I see that supposedly, it's at my P.O.
There were both there at the same time, why weren't they shipped together??????!!!!!!!!! It sat there from 7am on the 14th, until 12:30pm on the 20th. 6 days!!!!
I was supposed to receive my package on the 16th of December it is now the 2 of January?? They set an investigation and still can not tell me where my package is all I keep getting is the run around and if u call Bell gardens ca no one picks up its really starting to get frustrating
I have had my parcel return go through Bell Gardens and it was suppose to go to Encino, and for some reason it has taken 10 days and counting to get there. My only guess is that USPS has run out of vehicles and they require their people to walk with the parcel to Encino. I guess the person also does not have a GPS or compass, or any other modern luxury to find location. It is an absolute joke that something that should take a couple hours to deliver has taken more than 10 days. Personally, I am going to enlist the help of another government agency such as the Post Master General, FBI, or anyone, who listen to me, because this is BS.
I send a package from Nebraska May 27th, 1 PM, it came to Bell Gardens Post Office May 30st, and left again June 1st, 2.27 AM, for be delivered 6.4 miles from the post office, Nobody are still not able to tell me where it is after 4 days, don't know what the H..... is going on down there.
I sent a package from Salinas, California on September 5th. I ended up in Bell Gardens on September 7th. I don't understand why it went 6 hours South to go to Minnesota, plus I don't understand why the tracking ends there (10 days later) and why my local post office tells me to call the Bell Gardens Post Office when they only have an answering machine that doesn't even identify this as a business.
I often wonder the same thing, I've been selling items on eBay for about three years and every single item I've had lost or delayed, resulting in upset customers and me having to refund money, has been at Bell Gardens. Today is July 11th. Bell Gardens received one of my packages on July 2, with an estimated delivery date of July 7 and the tracking info shows it is still there. This must be one of the worst managed operations in the USPS.
I never even heard of the Beel Gardens, Ca. Post Office till my the package I mailed,priority mail, to Arizona got LOST there!!! I'm in Reseda, CA. why the package went north to Bell Gardens is beyond me!!!!! It been 5 days lost!!! I could WALK to Arizona in 2 days!!!!!!!

why is it that every time a package goes to Bell Gardens, CA, it is always delayed. I receive priority mail within 3 days from anywhere in the county if it doesn't go through the Bell gardens location but whenever it goes to that location, it got stuck in there?
