Must have new mail carriers who are lazy and can’t deliver packages to houses anymore. We live off a busy highway where our mailboxes are located and now the packages are left down there for people to steal.

I live on a road right off el Camino and we have a sign specifically designating all packages are to be delivered up the road the house is located at and not left on the main road. OF COURSE they leave a Big Orange package and a small brown one Right where people can drive my and grab it up - and take Zero responsibility. The courier is going to apparently lie and say it was delivered farther up the road but I’ve asked 4 surrounding neighbors now and nobody has seen it, plus they are all past retirement age and have NO need for what was in the packages. $150+ is coming straight outa their ass and they cost me a Rare and Discontinued part for my Firebird

Not getting my mail? They sent me daily when my mail was delivered. Then they stopped? Why?

It is BS when something a customer has shipped and pays to have shipped gets left on the road at the house next door driveway. Then 60 year old me has to get paid big box and carry it back to the correct residence. Vickie Borcher PS this is the 2nd time for these lame delivery methods. The first time I never got my 1st order and Amazon had to replace it. This is unacceptable.

We are constantly amazed by the professionalism of our mail carriers. They are truly committed to providing the best mail service possible. We live at the end of a long driveway, when packages cannot fit in our roadside mail box they make sure the mail is safely delivered to our porch. It's a joy to greet our USPS carriers with a well deserved "Thank You!" when we can.

We are very frustrated with carrier's lack of professionalism. We have several packages that show delivered when they were not. What makes matters worse is there is no customer support available. We don't even have a way to email regarding the tracking status.

I AM SUPER FRUSTRATED & IRRITATED! I had a package arrive at the Atascadero post office. Instead of delivering it to me they acted on an expired temporary mail forwarding directive and forwarded it to Phoenix. When I called them about it they said I could have it returned for $25. WHAT? THEIR MISTAKE! After a bit more discussion, Candy said she would call the next stop (Santa Clarita) and have them direct it back to Atascadero. Instead, she had it return to sender! It went back to Florida!!! Are you serious? Now I have to contact the seller, make an explanation, and hope they can resend it without too much difficulty. All of this added effort and stress on me because they cannot be bothered to mannage a mail forwarding program. sheesh!

You are not the only one with postal workers adding unnecessary frustration to an otherwise a great community to live.. After explaining to our postal delivery person, Monique, that we don't use our mail receptacle but that all packages are to be left at our door when no one is home Monique started talking it upon herself to write "return to sender" on my subsequent packages costing me a lot of money and added frustration.. after finding this out I went down and personally spoke with Candy, the manager of Atascadero post office, explaining that Monique had no right to return my packages and that they need to be delivered as addressed to which Candy said she would personally hold my packages on her desk but today I found out that my last delivery was forwarded.!! Forwarded to where? With an attitude Candy told me I haven't had any packages come in, but I have the tracking confirmation saying it had been "forwarded" on the 19th but without a forwarding address my package would go back to the seller in China!!!!! What??? Candy is saying they are not accepting responsibility when they have absolutely no right to take it upon themselves to refuse, forward, or return any mail or packages without authorization.. In the old days mail was delivered courteously with a smile through rain sleet and snow. Kathi, you are not alone and I seriously doubt we aren't the only ones receiving less than poor service either.. The last time this happened it cost me over$20 and in the end i never even got my purchase. I am so much more than "frustrated" with these entitled employees that if they worked anywhere else but for the government would be looking for new jobs.. this whole situation is just unbelievable..! Beyond Frustrated
