Ok, so your office has an employee there, black older male that doesn’t wear a name tag or uniform shirt. So I don’t know his name. My girlfriend went in yesterday to drop off important mail that she wanted certified & this man HARASSED her into not doing so while also forcing her to take a survey & made sure she marked all 10s. Worst experience ever. This isn’t just bad customer service this is harassment. Now she’s stressing that she can’t track her mail. I’m questioning if this branch even cares about others well being or if “respect” is something that’s valued. This man needs to be fired or coached. It’s sad that we have such a worthless human being assigned as a “customer service” representative. I hope this employee is given some type of consequence because this is unacceptable.
I used to love how i would receive my mail everyday and now i go on for days without mail. i don't know what's going on but i get my checks over a week late now. my old mail man would bring my mail everyday and turn my check up so i know it would be here. now i have to struggle paying my bills late.
I would like to address the mail delivery issues regarding the postman on Thursday Jan. 27th. address 228 S Olive Ave. Alhambra CA 91801, he or she didn’t put my personal medication into my mail box just leave it open. I really concern such work behavior particularly medications packages.
You have an employee there , an older black guy, I don’t know his name and I don’t really care. HE IS THE WORSE EMPLOYEE YOU CAN HOPE FOR, his way of talking to custodia very very rude, he’s arrogant and he talks to you like he’s talking to a child, if you express your dislike, he threatens that he’s calling the police to have you removed from the premises and that he doesn’t have to serve you. IT IS A SHAME THAT YOU HAVE A GUY LIKE THAT WORKING FOR YOU. I got into an argument with him because he belittled me because I ran the door bell by the blue door to get service , when in fact there’s a clear sign on that blue door that says to ring the bell to get service. That employee doesn’t have the slightest clue of what customer service means.
Bad service for passport. Made appointment and arrived 30 minutes beforehand. It said to come at lest 10 minutes before. But no service for 20 minutes after appointment time. Thus waited almost an hour. No respect for appointment time.
This is only post office that gave me trouble. The staff is like no other and that’s in a bad way and they will do anything to double dip of postal over charges even if it was a prepaid label. This brilliant post office resends my shipment back and it’s been 2 weeks and still haven't received it yet! I feel like they give people the run around and love wasting people’s time and money. They don’t pick the phones and answers no questions! I’m so glad they are not my main postal service in my state. If you don’t want to be ripped off or have lost mail.. do not come to this post office.
Passport services were great. They were open during lockdown. Easily made appointment online. Forms available when I discovered I had to redo form in black ink. Big shout Diane who was friendly, helpful, patient knowledgable while being very professional. This is a very busy post office, but passport services were fast and efficient. Well done Alhambra P.O. for hiring and training great employees like Diane. Thank you for making my mom's application go smoothly and for taking such a nice pic of my mom for her passport photo!!! She very happy.....Yayyyy!!!
I have a package that was scanned at the Alhambra post office and was supposed to be delivered to my home in MN on 10/1. When it didn't arrive that day, I went to track the order, and the status was changed to "delayed" with no explanation or updated estimated delivery date. I've sent 2 emails to the vendor but have gotten no response. Is the post office in Alhambra closed due to the wildfires? I'm just trying to figure out what's going on.
I just wanted to take some time apart today to say that you have a magnificent employee within your office. I did not get her last name but i believe her first name is Diane (Oriental Female). She was such great help when i applied for my first Passport. She is a great example of professionalism, kindness, and patience.
Can someone please contact me? I’m irritated. I’ve had a few friends send me letters in the mail and it’s gotten RTS and attempted not know. We’ve been at this address over a year and I don’t know why there would be any problem. We even get mail addressed to other people at our address. Please email me immediately.

Hello, I am writing to you to inform you that our Postman/woman has not been delivering grocery flyers regularly. The flyers should be in our mail boxes on every Tuesday. Our mailman/woman does not deliver our Ralphs, Albertsons, Aldi, Food 4 Less and Smart and Final weekly flyers. Sometimes on Wednesday, sometimes not at all. This is not right. These stores are paying the Post Office for this service. I have been complaining about this matter for almost 20 years but it does not seem to make any difference. After I make the complaint, for a few weeks we get the flyers every Tuesday and then again the problem starts. This week no flyers were delivered.
in our area have too many condo or apartment, post deliver always make mistake, like i am living in S.6th st, but always got S.5th st same street number & unit number mail. call for sever times, but nothing change, today i got over 8 mailes not belong to me, i just wonder how many mail i been lost.
The service at this post office is consistently terrible. Called 15 Times this afternoon and no one answered the phone...our mail wa not deliver... called was assured it would be there within the hour... 3 hours after the call it is still not here...finally had to drive to the post office but the supervisor will not come out to speak to me. Yesterday made a point of checking mail delivery and was assured it would be as usual. We are a business and need our mail on time. Ever since mail was consolidated here the service has been terrible... this is not the first delivery problem we have had
Your post office has jokers n liars not earning their pay! Its been 18 days since ive had mail missing n given the run around by Diego ! According to him my certified mail could not be retrived since the 125c was not feasable!! The pix on the map shows easy access at 125 c Alahambra blvd 91801.
