Would like to thank carrier Susan Rosales. She went out of her way to assist my 90 yo mother to resolve a delayed 3 day delivery of important documents. She was very patient and took as much time as needed in explaining the steps to take to resolve the situation. Good customer service w a smile. Thank you

Who do you call when it says a package was delivered but you did not receive it?

Your delivery person can't read. Two days in a row and I am getting my neighbors mail and packages.

More than 2 months ago, we received a notice to trim our brush for the Post Office to pick up our Priority mail. We trimmed our trees and brush, and went back in to the Post Office. Someone told us they would take care of it, but now TWICE I have requested pick-ups, gotten the emails confirming my dates, but NO PICK-UPS or explanations. We don't know what to do next, but will be finding out!

I just had a package I shipped dropped at my front door, with no explanation and no notice in the mailbox. I have no idea why it was returned, and they will not answer the phone even though it is before closing, with the message "pleas do NOT leave a message". So what am I supposed to do with it?

My husband stopped at this Post Office to get Flat Rate boxes to ship a package. The girls at the counter were beyond rude and REFUSED to help him get what we needed. Will not be going back to this location again.
