Why were the Lobby Doors of 975 N. Silverbell locked on Sunday, 01/30,23? Sunday is the only day I can collect mail from my P.O. Box for which I pay over $200/year. No notice on the door explaining the locked doors. Are you going to eliminate access to the lobby on every Sunday from now on??

I live at the Zona Village apartment complex on Carapan off of Anklam. Whenever it rains my mail is sopping wet. I have notified the office and the office notified the mailman, but it still has not been corrected. I was told I needed to notify the post office. These boxes need to be upgraded.

My mail it's being missing, Social Security card, credit cards and they change address without notice. I start getting fake checks, fake cards with all my information.

I received notification that a package was delivered to my mailbox today. The tracking # is 9405509206094617344170 and it was NOT delivered to me. My address is 4921 W. Monte Carlo Dr and I do not know where this package was delivered but it was not to me. How do I address this?? I was expecting the package as a gift for my daughter graduation and now I do not have the gift. I am very unhappy as this is not the first time that the postal carrier has failed to deliver to MY address. Kris

I have placed an order for medical supplies and I believe they arrived. The mail person put the package into one of the big boxes, and left an unmarked key in my mailbox. I tried to use this key on every one of the boxes, without success. I left the key in my mailbox with a note stating that the key would not open any of the boxes. After 2 days he/she attached a note stating the key does work. I tried the key again, again without success. Can you please tell me how I can receive my package?? Thank you for your help. I was notified that a package of mine had been delivered 08/03/2020, when I checked my mail my package was not in there. The following day I greeted our mailman David and asked about the package. He was able to call in, get my package located, drive to where it was and deliver it to me within minutes. I'm thankful for his service and would like to praise/recognize him.

On Saturday, March 7, 2020 I notified the carrier on the 200 Block of E. Adams St, 85705, that the curbside mailboxes all had their box doors open. He did not seem very interested and told me that I would have to notify the Silverbell office. Following my notifying him, I observed that he put mail in my mailbox and left the door wide open. I think that your carriers have to do more about complaints than to blatantly respond to my complaint by his action. It seems that this carrier may not be mature enough to be entrusted with our mail. Since you do not answer your phone, I will file a complaint with the postal inspectors.

My mail was delivered to the wrong address on Saturday Dec. 14 and I had a package that was an xmas present that cost almost $50.00 and was sent from out of town and now it looks like I'm not going to get it because of some lame mail carrier that don't know how to do their job. I also got someone else's mail instead. Don't these overpaid mail carriers know how to read. THIS SUCKS !!!!! Waiting on hold for 35-50 minutes.

Can't even complain to anyone. I'm directed to a voice mail, yet Silverbell office voice mailbox is full. Main USPS wait time is over 40 minutes. So, unless I drive to Silverbell office to complain about a delivery driver, it's just tough sh*% !, yes?

We have submitted and called with a number of complaints on the delivery and pickup of our mail. We are a 50 year old business and up until the last 3-5 years we had always received our mail before the close of business 4pm daily. We now are lucky to get it close to 4pm, occasionally before 5, and sometimes not until the following day. Today at 5:07pm (we were working late - after business hours) we saw the carrier make a u turn in front of our business, never stopping to try and leave/pickup mail and just head down the street with stopping. This station's response ... "Since so many variables are involved, The Postal Service™ cannot guarantee a specific time for mail delivery. On occasion, this may mean that mail delivery to any given address may fluctuate as to the exact time of day especially since the route does not have a regular carrier on it until the route is bid. " So Frustrating!!

Having major problems with this post office. they are rude. talked to 2 of them today on phone and the carrier.still waiting for package to arrive ,it came yesterday, but they still ahven't delivered it, just put note in mailbox saying they tried to deliver, but i was not here. I was here in my apartment, waiting for package they are not allowed to diliver to my apartment, only mail room, we never know when they are coming, we can't sit for 6 hours in lounge waiting, so when i approached them today she said, she doesn't know when they are in office to deliver it. they are on lunch and when casn i get package she said when she knows they are not on lunch, WHAT, no ,i need package DATED MATERIAL. what the heck, if they go to homes they leave on doorstep. not here. I need package she was rude and obnoxious. . this is what we all deal with from this post office. Please help us.

The truck drove up and down the street and delivered NO MAIL to my box nor my neighbor's box. Informed Daily Delivery Digest said 4 letters were coming. 2 letters from yesterday were not delivered. I had a Priority Mail envelope to be picked up. Where are you, Postman??

Well sent a payment for water, water company giving me a hard time & I had tracking on my payment. Call the post office let it ring for 100 times and no one answers ( beautiful) so what do I tell my horses & pigs ? Sorry ppl have a hard time doing their job so owell...

TODAY IS FRIDAY 20TH 2015 TODAY I WILL STAND IN FRONT OF YOUR MAIL TRUCK TO MAKE SURE MY MAIL IS PICKED UP, I WILL NOT MOVE, HE WILL HAVE TO RUN ME OVER, CALL THE SHERIFF OR POST OFFICE TO MOVE ME, BUT HE WILL PICK UP MY MAIL AND I MEAN ALL OF IT!!! THE MAIL CARRIER IS NOT PICKING UP THE MAIL WHEN THE FLAG IS UP, NOT ONLY DIDN'T HE PICK UP MY MAIL, BUT BEFORE I GOT BACK FROM QUICK MART I RAN INTO A NIEGHBER WHO SAID HER MAIL WAS ALSO PASSED UP AND SHE HAD TO CHASE HIM DOWN TO GIVE MAIL AND YELLED AT HIM. HE'S PISSING EVERYONE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD OFF. WHEN MAIL IS NOT PICKED UP PEOPLE SUFFER TO PAY LATE FEES ON BILLS!!! HE IS A YOUNGER HISPANIC MAN, WHO NEEDS FIRED ASAP. NOW!!! 85705

Certified letters for the 85705 area are not being delivered. I was told a certified letter was sent to me on April 2, 2013, I never received a notice, or a knock on my door. I work at home so I am home through out the day. I had been home for the next certified letter delivery and instead of knocking on my door
they put a notice in the mail box to pick it up at the post office. I don't know if this is something new, but the post man used to try and deliver three times before leaving it at the post office. I went online and asked them to re-deliver. Online gave a confirm number and said it would deliver the next day, which I waited all day and received no letter the mail man had no knowledge of the certified letter. What is the point of paying for a letter to be assured that the person receives it only to be certain it will be returned to the sender without anyone even trying to get that letter where it is supposed to be delivered. Try calling any extension at the silverbell post office, even reception, there is no answer and the mailboxes are all full so no messages can be left.

It happened to me too. Never received the letter, nor call back. Today I;m going to find out what happened to my book - it says that was delivered, but I dont have it...MESS!!!!!
And our taxes pay for all this. SAD!!!
