This post office is the worst I have ever dealt with. Once again today the carrier put mail in the wrong mail box. This is about the sixth time this has happened. As a point of reference there are three places on our house that display the house number and on the front of the mailbox itself te number is displayed in 3 inch numbers. General incompetence

Why does no one ever answer the phone? Why does my mail get here at 12:30 or 3:30 or 5:30 or ????? Whenever the driver wakes up? WHY is there no set route for mail to be delivered to 13433 W. Rincon Drive, Sun City West, AZ ?

I mailed a check to CitiCards on Sat, Nov 28, from USPS mail box on Dusty Trail Blvd in SCW by Palm Ridge Rec Center. The credit card company in Phoenix has not received it and I wonder if it's stuck in the blue mail box. Can someone check it during deliveries?

We purchased a home @ 12303 W Fieldstone DR, Sun City West. Since our purchase we have received mail for other Street names with same address. 3 Times for 12303 Firebird and 12303 Tigers Eye yesterday. When I hand delivered the package the lady had stated she had been waiting desperately for this package. Apparently in talking with the neighbors this issue is not new. Would greatly appreciate a little attentiveness to ensure deliveries are made to the correct address. Makes me nervous that my mail is not always reaching me? V/R Glenn C. I have lived in SCW for 12 years at 3 different locations. Within the last 2 years delivery of mail has gotten from bad to worse to a point of not getting the grocery store adds for the last three weeks and many times I've receive somebody elses mail. I'm not alone. This is also happening to my neighbors. I wonder if I'm not getting all my mail!! Why has mail service gotten so bad in the last couple of years?

Myy wife is convinced after 15+ years here in SCW, that the post person does not always deliver all of the mail. For instance, today is a Tuesday after a holiday Monday. We always get the grocery ads on Monday but still none today. This isn't the first time. We'll get them late tomorrow afternoon. 9 hours after the ads go into effect.

I love the disclaimer above the comments box: "Comments below are not read by postal employees." I think they should be! This is part of the problem with the USPS - since they have a monopoly, they just don't care about customer service. Now my review of the SCW PO. For basic mail service they are fine. The counter staff is friendly and efficient. Where they fall down is if you have to have your mail forwarded or held. I have multiple experiences with this and they have never got a single one right. Whoever is in charge of that needs to be shown the door.

My priority package had been delivered separately from other mail. Mailbox had letters which I had removed early. I had checked mailbox again, around 1:00, to find the package had been placed there at a later time, separately. It is May 12 in the desert. My package had heat sensitive contents, which could have been observed from the label. I was not planning to complain when carrier used to drive through with questionable music. I cannot trust my post office on RH Johnson Blvd in Sun City West Arizona.

Why is there an advertisement for Diamondback air conditioning service directly in the middle of this web page without a separating border to set it apart from USPS info?
