I specifically purchased a PO Box at the Pinetop Arizona Postal Office. I paid for six months. The clerk gave me my keys and I proceeded to set up two deliveries to Be delivered to my PO Box from Amazon. Amazon was being delivered by UPS. I used to be a carrier for the Postal Service. I know the acronyms on the boxes and paperwork. I came back to pick up my mail knowing that I had a package that had been delivered July 2. There was still a cardboard space holder in my new PO Box. It said family forward on file FFOF. I pushed the cardboard holder through the whole so it landed on the floor inside. I also put a note in my box saying that I had packages that were being delivered and that this box had been blocked for delivery. When I came in on 9 July I had already had another package delivered on 5 July. The package was in my box however when I showed him the notification that the July 2nd package had been scanned in three times at their post office. The tracking # did not say it had been returned and he has no idea where the package was. He looked it up on his end and said it was in California but he has no way of knowing what was going on because I chose to push the cardboard space holder through the hole and not bring it to his attention. Lame reasons & blaming….. I am closing my box and opening up a box in Lakeside since it’s within walking distance of my RV. But I have read that it isn’t any better so we will wait and see before I have anything transferred.

I sent a book ten days ago LOCAL and it still hasn't reached its destination. Also, the person who helped me made me pay a ridiculous amount of shipping, to the point that the package should have been there the next day. I think there's a thief working there.

July 30 I placed two letters in the morning for the mailman to pick up. Today August 4 my grandson’s card has not reach the address in Phoenix. Unfortunately I trusted the postal service to deliver his birthday gift to his house. My house payment arrived on time but the card did not. Hope the person in your uniform needed the card to buy food for his family. Hope this message helps someone to be aware of problems like this.

I want to know why there isn't any delivery at my address???? I've spoken to the actual postal carrier,, she remarked that delivery is I fact done but stops some 150 feet from my property. There is nothing to impede her or any one from reaching my property along with 6 other properties along the road we all live on. Further more because of this inconvenience I am now told I must rent a PO box other wise they will refuse all of my mail and send it back. I am a retired disabled Veteran of the United States Navy living on a very tight budget and fixed income. I am confronted every time I walk into the Pinetop Post office regarding how they will no longer accept any of my mail under General Delivery and threaten me with refusing all of my mail and packages. My medications cone through the mail from the Veterans Medical Center in PHOENIX....so who do I need to contact to get this in order... I am outraged!

To date I have sent multiple items to my parents in Pinetop. EVERY item sent by USPS has disappeared. Items include; 7 books from 3 different book stores, perfume, woman's dress top and BBQ tool set. On top of these, my parents have also had an order of Bartlet pears, a small TV and even a heated toilet seat disappear from this post office. This is a RIDICULOUS post office that undoubtedly has people with sticky fingers. Get some NEW and HONEST staff please!!!

I have done some on line buying since 2007 November. Recently The Post Master Paula has refused to recognized my Physical and my P.O.Box to deliver my packages. She knows who I am and the business I am at for the last 39 years. For some reason she has chosen to be very uncooperative in delivering my purchases. In the last 3 weeks she has sent back my packages to the Seller stating the wrong address. This is a small town and I believe she has singled me out for some kind of a personality conflict and is using her position to be a uncooperative and delay any deliveries. This is not only unfair to me but also to the Seller who has to spend more money to resend the packages. I have no idea what this note will do, but I believe it's time for a change in our local Post Office Pinetop Arizona 85935. I do realize you have rules and regulations to follow, however why screw people when She ( Paula ) knows who and where I am. Thank you, BILL
