Very poor post office. A letter was returned for insufficient address, the PO Box number was missing but name and address was correct. Such a small town that address and name has to match the box number and be known to clerk. It’s people like you that gives the post office such a bad name for POOR service. Will not go an inch over to accommodate just plain lazy.

I have had my 1099 from my current employer sent back twice. The first time my employer stated it was returned because it was the wrong address (it was not). I went to the post office and they told me that the address was correct, and my name was the first name on the box. Now the 1099 was returned to my employer stating the box is closed. I have lived in Pine/Strawberry full time now for 5 years, and this is getting old. My current clients that I send mail to has had the same issue, and they have lived in the area for 30+ years. I also had my CPA send me my 1099 for my employees, and they were returned. This caused me to have to drive 125 miles to my CPA to make sure I got my 1099 to my employees by January 31st witch is the law. I will go again to talk to the employees at the post office...however I am not confident in this action. My employer will be sending me my 1099 again, and if it is returned you will be forcing me to take legal action.

So I went to the post office and tried to talk with someone about my mail being sent back. The person first stated to another employee that he hardly ever gets mail...that my roommates do thou. That should not matter. I am the land owner. The reason I don't get mail in the Pine post office...is because I have had several issues in the past...so I changed my water bill, electric, and several other documents I receive each month to my office address. There is just a couple of pieces of mail I receive each year...that cannot go to my work address. I would like for Bonnie Jackson to please reach out to me once she is back from her vacation...I was told she is out for the next week and a half. Thank you 602-672-2550
