Don't keep sending my packages to wrong locations. I live in Cottonwood, AZ. 86326. Not any where else. Why did you send one of my packages to Chino Valley instead of Cottonwood,AZ.?

I called the post office 328 times and never got an answer. I just wanted to know if general delivery is possible there and how it works… that’s really annoying if you have a number and no one pick up the phone 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I have been on hold now for 1 hour 16 minutes. I am an HR Census Bureau employee trying to request the records of a former employee of yours. This wait constitutes cruel and unusual punishment. I have been working and I have you on hold thru speaker phone. This is my second number I had to call. I was on hold for 10 min. on that line. I would like a number for your HR Shared Services. The employee deserves credit for her time served there.

I had ordered some over the counter medication from Humana insurance company the pharmacy and when I got it it had been opened and tied with a rubber band whoever opened it and it was not by mistake you could tell it wasn't a rip or anything, they opened it. I guess they didn't want over-the-counter vitamins they probably thought there were drugs in there and put a rubber band around it and that's how I received it. I live in Chandler Az 85249. In a community called sunbird. On Riggs road between McQueen and Cooper

Everyone at this post office has been very accommodating & customer service is is outstanding. I’ve driven for about 10 years from Tempe where the Southern & College post office is about 1 block away. My post office has a poorly stocked lobby & machines have been out of service several times especially on weekends. Don’t understand how not assigned employee to check supplies before closing especially on Fridays.

Sent a package Priority mail from my home here in Phoenix to a residential address in Bullhead City, AZ, on morning of Oct. 9th. The cost of the Priority Mail was $8.40. The package was received at the Phoenix Regional center on Oct. 9th, BUT instead of being sent to Bullhead City . . . IT WAS SENT TO THE SPRINGFIELD MA REGIONAL CENTER on Oct. 11. It is now due to arrive in Bullhead City on Oct. 14. I believed that Priority Mail was supposed to be a "fast" service. Why on earth would a package that was to be delivered within the state of Arizona be sent to Massachusetts????????? Thank You Postmaster DeJoy for screwing up USPS!!!!!

It seems obvious the new Postmaster General was installed to cripple mail-In voting. Dismantling the sorting machines shows the Trump administration‘s contempt for voting rights. My wife and I are retired and live in California, but would be willing to volunteer with sorting the mail-in ballots if that would help the situation. You have my email address. Let us know if we can help.

Suggestion: deliver like UPS... if there is a spot near the door that is visually obstructed from the street, put the package there so it doesn't get stolen. This never happens in Ahwatukee and I've had packages stolen
