Closed for lunch 12 to 1 which is the business lunch time for most. New toad behind counter needs major meds for attitude/ help and needs to be removed from job. Poor customer skills and just hates all and it shows

A package was delivered to Bullhead City Post Office enroute to my house 12 miles away. Instead of delivering it to my local post office, it was incorrectly scanned and delivered to a post office in Utah. I figured this out by tracking it online. After it made it to Utah, the package is now lost. My tracking number only tells me that it was delivered. NOBODY in the postal service can help me find it. BHC PO is totally incompetent. They NEVER answer the phone and can't provide any explanation as to where my property is. Second time this has happened to me at the same location. I have no control over insuring packages as they are sent to me. Avoid them like the plague. Use another carrier as they all seem to be of the same caliber. It cost me $325 to confirm their incompetence. Beware!
