Postal Locations

I went in today to ship Christmas presents for various family members. I told the lady that 2 of the 3 boxes we fragile. She stamped one of the fragile boxes 3 times with something red and did not stamp the other. I had left and called in to make sure that she stamped my package with the red stamp thay I thought said fragile on the other box. She then proceeded to tell me that they charge a special handling fee of 10.50 for fragile boxes. She did not tell me this when I was in the post office telling her that there were glass items in 2 of the boxes. She was rude when I had called her. Poor customer service and I expect more from the post office at Luke AFB.
