Tonight, Friday, December 9, 2022, my wife and I mailed 7 envelopes to individuals in Colorado. The letters were mailed from the post office box located just north of Wigwam Blvd at the blue box located in the divider of the street. This box is near the tennis courts at the Wigwam Resort and just south of Red's Restaurant at the Wigwam. By mistake we may have mailed a coupon that we purchased in support of South Mountain Community College at their annual auction. The coupon was for a round of golf at the Legacy Golf Course in south Phoenix. The coupon has to be used by the end of December so it is very important for us to secure the coupon. If you find the coupon could you please contact us? We will gladly come and pick it up. Thank you very much.

Been trying to call the Litchfield Park Post Office all week (today 11/22/21). Please call me, I need to be sure my PO Box is renewed, but you're not picking up and USPS.com has no record of me being on the box.

Left my mailbox keys in the mailbox. The post office locked them in the box and then claimed they didn't have them. Made me pay them $40.00 for new keys only to find my keys inside the mailbox once I was able to access it. Employees are very rude!

I mailed 3 cards from your post office on Tuesday 6-11-19, one locally and two out of state and no one has received them. I am thoroughly upset and want to know how I can find out if they were mailed. They were all three still sitting on the counter when I left the Post Office. I may or may not have my receipt from you. All 3 had gift cards worth a few hundred dollars.. very very upsetting.

The mail carrier in Litchfield Park needs to slow the hell down and read the address on our packages and deliver them to the correct place. I have had numerous packages not make to me but is shown as delivered. I can only assume that others in the neighborhood have my packages and are keeping them for themselves. Pretty shitty if you ask me.

I just had a relief carrier blow by my house two days in a row even though I had a note in the box asking them to ring the bell as I had packages (something I've been doing for the 4 years I've been living in Litchfield Park). Samantha tried hard to ignore me and keep driving and finally stopped when I yelled several time. All the while I might add my feet were burning from standing in the street. I showed her my note that I use, which stands up so it is pretty visible. She smuggly said "that doesn't tell me anything but ring the bell. It doesn't tell me you have packages". Samantha has forgotten that my business pays her salary. Without me, there is no her. Debbie, the person who finally answered the phone at the Litchfield PO couldn't have cared less. This post office has been really good for really long, but this is just the worst customer service. Word of advise. If you don't like your job, find another. I do pay you to be rude to me.

I have some live fish coming into Litchfield Park, Az. where it has been extremely hot. I asked if it was possible to call me when they come in and NOT to send them out with the Postman. She was so helpful!! She wrote the carrier a note, took my phone number and name and said she would take care of it for me and they would call as soon as the fish arrived. She was very helpful and willing to take care of it for me. I appreciated the excellent customer service!!
