July 31 I sent to pkgs, return receipt, to Rosita Cly. Ernie Cly was there several weeks later to get them. However, he was not given both pkgs. The largest boxed was returned to me. This pkg cost over $38 to mail. I am an ADOPT-A-NATIVE-ELDER sponsor and just rec'd Rosita to sponsor. She is over 70 and has no transportation herself. Why wasn't Ernie given both pkgs. They were both there at the same time. By the time I learned I could apply for a refund it was 1 day passed the 60 day limit. Since these folks have to wait for transportation it is very disconcerting the pkg was not delivered.

Online, here, it says the lobby is open until 8 PM...the sign on the door says the lobby is open until 7 PM...the building was locked up this evening at 6:50 PM...??
