I was shocked by how quickly I received my package after I ordered it. The USPS has improved 100% from years ago. Considering this was just before Christmas, the postal handlers must be in good spirits to do their job. Also, the Vilonia, Ar postal employees always have a smile and is very helpful.

Your whole system stinks to high hell. I have been trying since last Friday to contact a real person at the post office to tell some that your delivering all my packages (5) to the wrong damn address. There is an issue with my address and you people can't figure it out. Your robot phone system doesn't offer a solution to my problem. It's madness there is absolutely no way to get in touch with a real person to stop this. It's like watching a train wreck and you just can't do anything to prevent it. I have hundreds of dollars on the line over the next 3 days and I can't fix this problem. I am calling the attorney general's office of Arkansas. I have no other alternative. What the hell is wrong with you people?

9361289679090190055960 was suppose to deliver today for a job tomorrow. Tracking for this number says delivery was attempted and notice was left. THATS INCORRECT! BEEN HERE THE WHOLE TIME AND NO NOTICE ANYWHERE!!
