Terrible!nthey leave packages hanging off the porch rails, stacked high where they can easily fall off. Left a package of 6 months worth of magnesium liquid form and says right on it to store in a cool dry place. 100 degrees is NOT a COOOL dry, place. THEN they don’t answer the phone (wonder why) when you call 479-751-4441 they never answer, they “transfer” you to an “operator” which then says “please enter your remote access code” TERRIBLE set up and anti-service

What the devil. I'm still trying to get a letter from you that was certified, 2nd day no letter. Filled out the tag and left it in the mailbox. This is the very reason I do not mail anything anymore. If I could personally stop all mail service I would. The postal system is a joke.

Continued bad mail service. Always putting wrong mail in our box . Missing pickups for packages and delivering ours to wrong address. Supervisors and postmaster no help they protect their staff . Amazon has better customer service than this!

Not sure what's going on Cypress Pl. Two mail trucks with two guys sorting mail on the ground at 4 pm 12-22-21. Didn't get any mail yesterday & haven't been to the box as they are just now delivering.

They were probably down a route and had to have 2 people run the route. The second carrier probably had to go meet the other carrier to take mail off of him to run.

I live at 6200 Watkins Ave, Apt D106, Springdale AR 72762. Today the mailman stuffed a package into my box that I clearly could not pull thru the door. I finally had to cut into the box and pull each piece I cut out. The sad part was I also had a larger parcel that was put in the parcel bin, where this package should have gone in the first place

Ordered a time sensitive item for the safety and well being of my 87 yr old mother. Item was scheduled to be delivered on 9/21 and was in Rogers on 9/19. The post offices have sent it back and forth and I have no idea where my item is and it’s now the late PM of 9/22. This is ridiculous and I could have driven to Florida and gotten it way before now!!

I live in Lowell (8300 W Brown Rd). On Sundays, for amazon delivery I used to receive packages. For the past 4-5 months, they now leave a descriptor “attempted delivery, door obstructed” every time. I called Lowell and was told by the Postmaster that they really should deliver them, but on Sunday they may not want to get out of the car to carry it to the porch. Is this acceptable For the Springdale Arkansas Post Office delivery? It seems to be well known that it happens, and obviously encouraged, or at the very least accepted. The Lowell post office said the remedy is to request no Sunday deliveries. I’m sure I will not receive an answer, but it makes the current state of the USPS more clear.

Packages are consistently delivered different days than marked delivered, mail randomly shows up after 5, sometimes they come by at 8am and then again at 5. They never answer the phone when we have issues, not good at resolving issues, I’ve never had so many issues with a post office ever. If I had the choice I would change my address to a different post office.

Yeah. We consistently have the same problem. They don’t give a shit about customer service or their community they supposedly serve. I have family who work in other states in the postal service and say this place breaks so many laws and rules when it comes to our mail. And then they don’t even have the audacity to answer the damn phone and fix their mistakes.

5 times I have come home and found a package laying on the ground in the rain because they're too lazy to carry it 20 ft to my front porch this is on a busy road anyone could steal the package. I finally gave up and bought the biggest mail box I could get. also I am continually getting someone else's mail. recently I got informed delivery, thank goodness, now I can keep up with my mail that is missing. I'm continually getting packages delivered other places and I have to go to the Post Office and tell them, they don't seem to care at all. can someone do something about this?

OMG RIGHT!! It has been an absolutely awful time TRYING to get a hold of anyone at any of several post offices around the Springdale area. It is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, regardless of how understaffed/busy they may be. As a matter of fact even finding the local (non 1-800#) number on google was frustrating. Twenty three google searches, eight curse words, and one headache later I would FINALLY find the aforementioned number and be able to make 276 unanswered calls!!! When people use the phrasing "I'm about to go postal on that ...." I am quite certain that they should be saying "I'm about to go attempting to call postal on that.... ".
