This has happened multiple times... I’m tired of putting something in my mailbox to be delivered and the carrier doesn’t take it! They put the mail they are delivering in, but leaves what I’m trying to send out still in the mailbox.
We have had this happen many times, and now it is getting more and more frequent! And our neighbors mailboxes, too! The carrier will not, for no other reason than pure lack of professionalism and laziness, NOT CLOSE OUR MAILBOX DOOR! It's just a simple task, takes a precious milli second of his time! Our mail, and that of all of our neighbors, is literally DRIPPING WET!!!! This needs to be addressed with this carrier and stopped, please! We have important mail that is getting destroyed by the very person that is supposed to take care with the proper delivery of it!
I’d love when my mail is transferred to the Benton post office 2 days ahead of the estimated delivery to AT LEAST be delivered on the estimated date. Instead it’s now 2 days later and I still don’t have it. Oh and when I called they told me to call back in 20 minutes they are late for a phone conference with their boss. They hung up and now the line is busy. WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM???
I was to receive package in mail on Sunday the 18 th of December 2017 today is the 21st and still have not received my package...In contact with AMAZON and they told me they contacted you and said my package was delivered there..why haven't I gotten my package...and why don't answer the dang phone when a custmor is calling to get help with a package that is sitting in your business and not being deliverd
our mail carrier refused to leave a pkg just because our mailbox was knocked down. although it would have been too big for the box anyway and our house is just feet from the box. nor were we left any card stating it was undeliverable. the worst of it, the carrier had it sent back the day they did not deliver it. by the time it had not come Friday or Saturday as expected & I had tracked it, it had already been sent back to sender. really!? the day of!?. it could have been left at the post office a few days until it could have been tracked, located and picked up. the post office wonders why the competition is eating their lunch. well it's carriers with no heart. ours is a lazy jerk. I might believe they are just following protocol, but I know for a fact that my neighbor's mail is put into the wrong box all the time-apparently just which ever one is convenient. I know they have a hard job but they chose it-so do with some care.
Need more attentive workers that can read and follow instructions. Went on Vacation and held my mail and chose option to pick up at post office. Mail carrier toted it with them and delivered the regular days mail after the hold but kept the other with them. I go into post office to pick up my hold mail and it's out joy riding with the mail carrier. I'm sure they took it with them then noticed the hold note that we were picking up at post office but still it's a mistake and should've paid more attention in the front end.
About getting our mail in our mailbox, or just delivering down our street..last month my Discover bill was opened..then put in mailbox with sorry I opened it..this week..one street over brought medication to me she had been out of town..this medicine was important..HIV..a lady cop at 7:30 at night...two nights ago it was after 7:00 pm..you either need more help or hire people who can read house numbers on packages..there is no excuse for this..
