This is a business, with a mailbox in a row with about 4-5 others. I just watched our mail person sit at the entrance to the parking lot for about 5 minutes, presumably getting the mail in order for delivery to our area. Then she drove through, put some mail in boxes, then left WITHOUT PICKING UP MY OUTGOING MAIL. THE FLAG WAS UP, AND STILL IS. Get these people to do their job!!!

I live at 220 Panoramic Trail. I left 3 envelopes in my box early this morning containing checks. My carrier stopped at the box and pushed the flag down but did not pick up the envelopes. This delays my bills being mailed by a couple of days. This has happened before and caused me to incur late charges.

The delivery drivers are so lazy. They don’t deliver mail most days and are too lazy to drive up the driveway or leave packages in mailbox (the ones that will fit anyways). They leave notices for you to visit the office to pick it up on days they don’t feel like driving a little further.

I am so tired of all the issues I've been having with our warrior lost office. My most recent issue is they won't close my dang mailbox after putting mail in it, so all my mail is soaking wet and barely readable by the time I get to it if it has rained. How hard is it to close the mailbox. This is just one small issue I have had recently. It don't include the entire Shabang that I've been dealing with. I wish someone would have a serious talk with them or hire someone who actually cares.

I had 2 packages lost so I reached out to the postmaster. She was very nice and very thorough with getting me what I needed. She answered all the questions I asked her, and was quick in getting the issue resolved! Her name was Tamarah. She needs a raise or something!

I am very disappointed with Warrior Post Office. Every time I have a package to big to fit in the mail box they refuse to deliver it to my house. Ihave lived here for 3 years and have had nothing but problems with them. I am needing my package that they refuse to deliver before I leave tomorrow that was due to be delivered yesterday. I am just sick with it.....

What time does the mail run around Smith Mill Rd in Trafford Al? Could anyone let me know that please? Asking for a friend who just moved that way and needs to know to try and speak to a carrier.

The lady at the Warrior Alabama post office is the absolute rudest lady. I presented to her an issue I was having with my mail deliivery. You are delivering to the wrong address. All I got out of her was I don’t know, I don’t know and didn’t Care either. She said she’ll have my driver call me. I may wait forever for that call.

Post person refused to leave my package I been waiting on for a week now and said they will bring it tomorrow. What was wrong with today because someone was home all day just lazy and don’t want to get out there Jeep to walk anywhere.

Not sure if this is Warrior post office or Hayden but the carrier that drives the Lime Green Jeep is horribly LAZY. Had a package delivered today 5/16/19 @913 AM. They left it out in the open on a car hauler/trailer! Anyone can come by and grab it now. We have two porches that have cameras attached to them. This is ridiculous.
