My USPS mail driver commonly scans mail and times before delivering the mail, and though this may speed up things for the driver, it confused us because we have packages notices stating mail is already scan delivered with a time/date and even location the location it was left, none of which is valid at the listed time, then causing us to spend valued time and energy trying to locate packages, that simply have been scan and noted but are not delivered and say that have been, and to make matters worse, the driver then, rushing still, leaves the mail at the wrong address. USPS drivers, please get it together. This isn't new behavior, but it needs to be reviewed and dealt with behavior,

I received my absentee ballot two weeks ago. My Dad, who lives at the same address, has not received his. The absentee office in the courthouse mailed his ballot out two weeks ago. They told me to check with my local PO. Is this a problem with the carrier? Why hasn’t he received his ballot?

I have received 2 packages this week by Priority Mail and the items in both boxes have items that are broken in them. I have tried and tried to call the Post Office but no one answers. Do we still have people that work there or do they just sit around and draw a check?

I need to get in touch with the Trussville post office about a an issue with a letter I dropped off at their location yesterday & I'm not sure it dropped correctly. I'm not getting an answer & it rings until finally you get a fast busy type tone. How do I get in touch with them? I don't want to have to drive all the way down there just to get an answer! Help!!
