I have been trying for weeks to contact this office from our business to confirm the correct mailing addresses for our tenants and there is no answer. I get an automated guy asking for a number that I don't have. So I'm going to have to physically go and ask them because they are either too lazy to answer the phone or the phones are messed up. Either way it's frustrating and I should not have to go out of my way to get their help.

I get home mind u I was only 2mins away. Let’s just say I had no letter stating the box was full. Whomever the mail person is they need to do their job this is 3rd time this week. This nonsense needs to be addressed n stopped asap

I've not had problems with getting my deliveries until lately. Getting letters saying delivery attempted, 4 days later having to leave work to pick up order . One time the excuse was . My driveway was washed out . I drive on it every day . Water was standing in a puddle after a rain . Called 20 times and yet to have someone pick up the phone

I have had no problems at all in the past. Now, there's a tracking number that says the package was delivered 11/19 at 2:10 and I have yet to receive said package. I also tried to call several times with no answer.

When you have a fence and sign up stating beware of dogs, this is how the postal workers treat you as a customer. “Killer dogs” written on my package. Lack of professionalism and customer service is not a priority for the delivery men/women.

I'm having to pay a late fee because my mail isn't being taken from our mailbox. I had to chase down the carrier to get him to finally take it. I guess I will have to drop all of my outgoing mail at the post office.

Some of the Smiths Station postal workers are not trustworthy. I get a check every week and my carrier is getting lazier and lazier. She delivers when she wants to or not at all. I have been complaining since 1999 and they have changed to many other people, most of who are honest. The one I have now delivers off LR 430 on LR 772 and she keeps the mail until she feels like delivering it. Now after all these years and complaints to our postal manager, I am finally going to r4eport to the OIG. Good luck Smiths Station, I hope they weed out the dishonest people, including the one that runs our location, and keep the honest ones.

I've got the same carrier. I've been complaining for 15 years now. Again yesterday, but to no avail. The postmaster at Smiths Station AL is lazy. He doesn't care about his customers or their needs.
