We didn't receive any mail yesterday morning on Monday 3/6/2018. We have not received any today either and it is 11:17 am on 3/7/2018. Our mail usually runs around 10:00 am. I called the Oxford Post office yesterday and they were not concerned a bit and told me to call the Anniston Post office. You can't get a live person there. I filed a complaint last night at 4:30 pm with the Postal service but was told that I wouldn't hear anything for 48 to 72 hrs! I sat on hold for 1 hr and 5 min. We are a medical health agency and have daily nurse notes that we are waiting on for medical concerns and the nurses payroll. This is a real problem. I don't know who to talk to for help. I just called the Oxford Post office and it rang about 20 times and asked for a remote access code and then promptly hung up on me. This is very disturbing!!
