Postal Locations

So glad someone opened a ups store in Northport. Now i don't have to go in that nasty Northport Post office. Complained couple of months ago about how filthy it looked and some lady called and said that the issue would be addressed. That was a total lie. Last week bought some stamps. I think the glass was cleaned 20 years ago. The PO is an organization its not a business. It doesn't have to worry about making a profit. This is why people make jokes about the PO and its employees, like on the TV show Seinfeld.

Third Fail delivery the in the last 2 weeks. They claimed an animal prevented delivery the first two times but I live in the city and have no animals outside. Today it states no access, which can be true either as I've received mail for years with no issues.

They never answered the phone and they be in the office and no customers in there and they still want answers the phones

WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. INCORRECT RECORDS. WON'T DELIVER A PACKAGE FROM AMAZON SAYING WE'VE MOVED, WHICH OBVIOUSLY WE HAVENT AND WE CAN'T GET THROUGH BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE.

I mailed a card last TUESDAY Jan 3rd to Steens, Miss 39766. It has not arrive as of today. Is there an explanation for the delay,

I drop off packages 3 to 4 days a week and these employees are very nice and helpful!

We have not received mail service for two days now. Why?

Live in rural Coker area. We get mail, but its other peoples. The mail we are supposed to be getting is not there. Have had packages that are said to be sent, to front door, did not happen. Never received them. I have to be the mail person because the mail I'm delivering, the wrong mail that is delivered. I can't even call the Northport post office because THEY DON'T ANSWER! Have emailed the United States Post office general in D.C.. Maybe this will help?

Well no Mail Today Thursday 08/12/2021 , Can't even mail stuff out . Always get news paper in the mail today , But I guess they don't feel like working today , Must had took the day off to go fishing ?

Your Sunday carrier needs to stay off her phone & deliver the packages to the correct address because it's very obvious that she can't do two things at once & do them correctly. My package was delivered to a completely different address number as well as street name (can't even see how you could mix the 2 up) & the package I had was to another address as well as to another different street name. If this is a sign of things to come with our Post Offices then I foresee them being elimated & we do everyting online or on personal postage machines & going thru other delivery sources (ex. UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc.). Luckily there are some kind samaritans that will take the wrong packages delivered to them to the correct address just as I did & was done to me as well.

Package delivered to wrong house. House the package was supposed to have gone to did not have the package. Your office gave the house it went to and a picture of the house and they are different.

Northport post office is not open today Saturday I called and got no response
