I recently mailed a very important package to my niece in W. Virginia. By mistake, I threw away the tracking information while cleaning my home. When my niece called to let me know she never received the package, I called the Morris Post Office to see by any chance they could check on this for me. Seriously, we do not have that many people that live in Morris. I know exactly when it was mailed and my response...."So sorry, no can do!" I told them how important this package was and he told me he could not help me. Now, how hard would it be for them to look up the information for a certain date and certain time. Now, the package is missing and my niece and I are out a lot of money. Thanks Morris Post Service for such great service! Yes, I am being sarcastic. Not only do they not help us in the Post office but the mail delivery person throws our packages all over our porches (some have fallen off the porch), our mail sometimes is on the front yard instead of in the mail box and she has an attitude problem. So, now I know why the postal service is failing. From this experience, we will no longer mail anything from the Postal service especially from Morris, Al. Fed Ex and UPS will be used from now on.
