I don't know what is going on at my local post office, but I had my children's insurance cards mailed to me on December 27th, a replacement debit card mailed on January 7th, and today is the January 22nd. In what world does it take a month to receive a piece of mail while my local delivery person doesn't even come most days and on a Friday whips through the neighborhood at 40 mph at 9am. Where is my mail? And please don't give me the Covid excuse to not do your job. I'd like information on how to contact the postmaster general inspector because something is definitely not right at the Rosedale location
