We live on Smith Vasser Rd. Our packages have not been delivered even though tracking says it has and they have not been left at neighbors porch we have checked! This is the second time in 3 weeks. Also, wrong mail in our box and our mail in neighbors box. Please correct this issue.

I live on NW. Winterberry Dr. We used to get mail consistently in the afternoon three to 4 o’clock every day. Now for the last couple weeks the mail is not being delivered till 730 till 9 o’clock in the evening. What is going on?

The mail carrier delivered two bills that were very weathered and told us the bills were found in a mail box three houses up the road that was vacant and is still vacant. I Was late on these two bills. I did not complain to anyone. Our regular carrier is as good as u get. I filed a formal complaint because I didnt get mail on Dec 27 & 28 and I didn't get mail today Jan 3. Some one, think the post master, called on Dec 29 WITH an attitude and she was blaming everyone and everything except them. Today, Jan 3rd, I didn't get Mail again. Guess I'll complain Untill it gets corrected. Keep posting your complaint, someone that matters bound to see them sometimes. Added: I did not get mail again, Jan 4th. I always get mail even if it's just junk mail. Added: I did not get mail today, Jan 18 2023. Saw the carrier go by our house. Added: I did not get mail today, Jan 19 2023. Called and got a busy signal.

Harvest USPS is the WORST mail delivery. This post office is the epitome of why so many people want to privatize mail delivery. This place actually refuses to deliver packages bigger than a large mail box. They left me a note saying I would have to pick up a package I ordered. What is the point of me paying for shipping of an item when it will not get delivered? Maybe USPS should charge a “partial” shipping rate if they are not going to complete the actual delivery to my home and require me to pick it up because they “don’t have a vehicle big enough to deliver the box to my home.” That note was actually hand-written and left in my mailbox. Why does usps accept packages that they cannot - or refuses - to deliver?

Dropped a package off with an approved shipping label paid for on line and NO ONE knows where the package is at. Never was delivered, tracking number shows i wasn't even scanned. The day I dropped it off I was the only one in the lobby the lady behind the counter said place it on the counter and thanked me. That the last it was seen. The problem is I was shipping several items to a buyer. He paid doesnt have the items, I paid shipping and no one knows where the package is. Service Request # 38631813. I should've dropped it off at the Capshaw PO!

This Harvest Post Office location has been closed at least 5 working days in the last 2 weeks. SOMEONE is showing up to put a note on the door. I have packages to pick up. What is wrong with this post office?

How can anyone talk to someone about a package being delivered that must be picked up.

Keep the entrance unlocked during posted open hours. Supervisor Gerald reluctantly opened the door to me and another customer just to tell us we would not be let inside or helped since that would mean they (he and the young girl working one of the two counters) would have to work late. A customer admitted just prior to us was deemed to have brought enough work to keep them busy. This occurred January 18 before 4:00 pm.

The carrier that covers Autumn Oak Lane has delivered mail addressed to a house on Water Oak Court approximately 10 times in the last several months. I have re-delivered it to the Water Oak folks, but now I just leave a note for the carrier to deliver the item to the correct address. I don't wish to cause any problems for the carrier but it still occurs. I know that the addresses are similar but knowing there is a problem should have helped. It has not.

Postmaster failure: When on vacation we have always utilized the mail hold option for our mail. The last three times we have used this have had issues. Incident #1 had mail held and waited for mail to be delivered on expiration date of hold .. it took three days for held mail to be delivered. Incident #2 had mail held and on day hold was to take effect mail was still delivered but held rest of time. Incident #3 had mail held while on 10 day vacation. Came home to find mailbox overflowing with mail shoved into mailbox resulting in bent photos, Christmas cards, wet mail, bent statements. The worst was my very expensive mail medication which was laying in the mailbox for anyone to be able to get. This is extremely unsatisfactory and I will be addressing it in person with the postmaster both local and district. Correct this problem!

No mail was delivered on Morgan drive yesterday. This is the second time within 4 delivery days this has happened. something is woefully wrong at the Harvest Post Office.

It is now 6:47 and my mailman has not been in my neighborhood AT ALL !!

What in the world? For 3 days I got a message saying my package couldn't be delivered because no one was home. I read an earlier review and saw someone had the exact same problem. All of our vehicles were in our yard, nothing, not even the "slip of paper" that I was told to use to report nondelivery.

Per UPS notification, package was turned over to USPS and shows as delivered on 12/2 2:17 pm per tracking info. But there is no package. Where is my package?

Why do we not get mail on Saturdays nor the packages that we pay to get delivered on saturdays? This is the 6th time this has happened and getting out of hand. Can I bring the extra delivery charge up there so that Harvest USPS can pay for this since I'm not getting delivery when I'm supposed too?

Where's Callie? Since her departure -- mail has been mistakenly delivered , extremely late delivery or as today and a few others -- NO delivery. Recently "THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE" please correct!!!!

This is totally crazy. We have been home all day waiting on this package. All our cars are in the driveway. Rec'd text that delivery was attempted. No horn, knock, doorbell.....nothing! I plan to complain when I report to work tonight at the main facility.

This is the first time that I've had a problem with the postal service. When I track my orders online , it gets here by the usual date. But , I checked my mail box NO PACKAGE. And it said USPS carrier and said that my mail box was blocked But it was never blocked.

Very bad or no service in Harvest, AL,, we have rural contractors to delivery the mail, they don't delivery when when been done, hold mail, usually they take 5 to 7 days to ship from B'ham Al to Harvest, AL about 100 miles away, again today the mail contractor didn't delivery today for the court, also our maile when here it usually torn, been opened or wrong address! We filed with USPO about this, still hasn't correct yet. Stephen Harvest, AL

To whom this may concern,
I scheduled a redelivery of a letter that had to be signed for, I scheduled it for today 2/18/14 my fiance worked ffrom home today to make sure someone was here to sign for the letter. When the Mail was delivered he was handed another slip when he asked the Mail woman where the letter was he was told she didn't even have it that it was still at the post office. So is this how you work you just pretend to attempt to deliver things and waste people time? This is ridiculous it is an outright lie. Harvest post office has the most inconvenient hours to where I can't come to the post office because y'all aren't ever open normal workers don't get off before 4pm and go to work after 8 am, and on Saturday you are open from 8:30 am to 10:30 why even open? I arrived there to get my letter on Saturday at exactly 10:31am and had the doors locked in my face. Thanks for wasting my fiances time today to not even attempt to deliver my mail.
