Very upset about my mail delivery. I have lived at my present address for over 11 years and all of a sudden I am unable to get my packages delivered to my house. It was stated that we live more than a 1/2 mile from our mailbox. 1.) We were told we could not have our mailbox at the end of our driveway, we had to place it up on the paved road. If my mailbox was at the end of my driveway, we are not more than 1/2 mile! We live off a county maintained dirt road. 2.) Packages have never been an issue before, why now? 3.) My mail carrier consistently leaves my door to the mailbox open and my mail is soaking wet when it rains. I am not only paying S&H, I now have to drive 16-18 miles round trip to get my packages from the post office!
