I would like to say your worker in the downtown office named Carrie has been so helpful to me more than once. She actually helped me pack my box to send to get the best rate. She has actually done this twice. She is very professional and just so nice. Thank you Carrie!

Mailed a standard letter to a business in Oxford, Al three weeks ago...never arrived. We decided not to put it in our street mail box, but to take it to Southside post office, guess that was a bad decision!

Postal service is terrible. I’ve had package sitting in Birmingham hub for four days and not get delivered. All I get is computer message and can’t get a live person.

Mail delivered to the wrong address sunday (Amazon pkg) Mail delivered to wrong address yesterday. Both times it was brought to us by a neighbor. I received mail from three different addresses besides mine on Wednesday. My address numbers are clearly visible on box and house. Ridiculous. Can’t even get a person to answer phone at our office.

I was very disappointed with my package delivery, they left me a thing in the mail saying they attempted to deliver it,however I was home all day that day and no one came up my driveway come to find out reason being they said my driveway was unaccessable and I've never had that problem before,my driveway is always accessible 24 hours a day, they just didn't attempt to bring the package up to the house and it wouldn't fit in mailbox. We have packages coming in all the time,USPS,FEDEX,and UPS always come up here,I don't have time to go pick it up because of my work schedule so,one way or another I need my package delivered as it should've been.

I put a package in box this morning. It is 6 pm in Southside. Al Package still in box. My mail carrier runs whatever time she wants too. I am disabled and my mail box is over 200 yards. Why can’t we get our mail at same time everyday. My carrier delivers Mail from 2pm until 8 or 9 pm. I mail a lot of packages and don’t want To leave in box 6 or 7 hours Surely something can be done about this. Mail delivery in Southside is unreal it is the worse every day.

I live at 1815 Cedar Bend Road South, Southside, Al.. Recently two subdivisions on each side of me was put on a new route. We do not get our mail till between 5pm-7pm. In the winter time it is dark by then and we don't get it till morning. There are 11 boxes between these subdivisions that she has to go by twice. Why can't we be put on this route also???? Most of us are elderly.

I am still having trouble with my mail carrier not delivering my mail and sending it back. If this issue is not resolved I will be taking legal action.
